I love this location the employees are very nice..I always try to put away what I don't buy back were I found it..they have a wide selection of beauty products also good quality clothes I love shopping here for casual and church outfits I enjoy shopping here!!

My wife and I truly love shopping here. But tonight, I asked to use the restroom and was denied. My wife went to the front counter and got assurance the door would be opened. I returned and still could not get into one of the two vacant restrooms. There was a child with her mother also trying to get in. I then turned to my wife and loudly said, "return all your merchandise, we are leaving." I began to walk out of the store. A store employee? (who had no badge and did not identify themselves as an employee when asked earlier) then offered to open the door, but exclaimed loudly, "you have been rude to a child, and if you ever do that again, I will not let you in ever again." I said "I don't understand" several times, because how could this be possible? The little one was facing away from me and with her mother when I said "we are leaving." The employee refused to explain the accusation and just ran away. I'm sorry if I was loud when leaving. I just had to go to the bathroom. I have a medical issue that makes me urinate a lot. Later, when I came out, I saw her off in the distance talking excitedly and pointing to the restroom. Whatever. I sure hope we can return and not have to worry about this sort of drama. I would actually like to sit down with her and iron things out so we can get any misunderstandings out. Sadly, it looks like I am not the first to report such things. Such a good store, too.

I stopped by the Burlington store in Granada Hills yesterday around 11 am. The store was not too busy but not many workers were out. Anyway, I asked if I could use a dressing room and was told that it was locked and that the manager did not have a key. So with only one dressing room open, it was quite a wait to try anything on. Then after I checked out, I asked the lady at the counter if there were any restrooms for customers, and she said "of course on the back side of the store" So I went there, but it required a code to enter. I went back to the front to ask for the code and was told that someone would meet me by the bathroom door. Anyway, waited about 7 minutes, and no one came. The workers were not rude but didn't want to be bothered by customers either. Anyway, went to Nordstrom Rack on Rinaldi, and had a wonderful experience with the workers and the store in general.

This location discriminates against hispanics. Norma and her employee made the shopping experience horrible by being racist and pestering. Making assumptions based on the color of your skin is absolutely NO WAY acceptable, ESPECIALLY in front of a child. Assuming someone is shoplifting without any reasons except for being Hispanic is foul and racist. It was so obvious that even the kid started asking questions as to why the lady was behaving that way. I shouldn’t have to teach a child about racism towards him and his family at such a young age.

Today was a very unpleasant experience. My grand baby and decided to shop to celebrate his day. Well Norma an employee was following us like we were stealing only because the color of my skin or what I was wearing. What she did and acted in front of my little boy is completely wrong. He noticed because he ask what is happening grandma!!. Don’t shop there. !!. Very on professional . Norma is a racist and rude.

As you all know, I love this place. It doesn't matter which one I go to. I will eventually find a bargain. I found this jacket for my husband, who is a 3XL and only paid $10. This is a great deal. I love Burlingtons.
