Beautiful flower arrangement. Great price. Wonderful customer service. Called in same day while driving up from SD, needing flowers for a burial and it was ready by the time we arrived. Highly recommend!!! 10/10.

They should not be in business. And there staff is in on the scam. I will be moving forward with legal assistance. They only have limited items and if they don't have the item which are most of what they offer. They will stall untill they run your card before you even recieve your item. It was the worst experience I ever had.

Do not make the same mistake I did and use this florist. I guarantee you, you will regret it. Wrong date, wrong time, wrong Wrong date, wrong time, wrong address, so no flowers at the funeral. My experience in dealing with this company is still too painful to delve into the details. If I could apply zero stars that might be too many. Run, don't walk to a different florist. Enough said.

This company appears in the local listings for a florist but they are not. They are from southern CA. I ordered a 96 + dollar arrangement with and expedited delivery service. I order before 8 AM on a Friday for a Saturday guaranteed delivery before 12 -noon. Not only did they not be able to deliver the arrangement, after being promised again of the Saturday delivery over the phone on Saturday. It was delivered with all roses with brown spots and flowers that were already wilting after Christmas on Tuesday. Order from a local florist directly. This is a middle man getting a cut of your order with sub par service. Go with local and support local florists who will back their products.

I ordered a Christmas Centerpiece a week before Christmas, to be delivered to our friends' new home the day they moved in on the 24th December. Total cost of the order was $103. On the 24th my friend texted me a picture of the flowers delivered with a thank-you message to us. I was mortified- it was a very small glass jar holding around 15 various spring flowers- just like the bouquets you buy at the grocery store for around $20!! The customer service people required I send a photo of the flowers, which I did, then offered me a 10% credit on the $103 I'd paid! When I said this is totally unacceptable, I was told that their "designer" had to review the problem and they'd get back to me within 48 hours. I'm afraid I'll have to try to get to management for an adequate refund. I am furious, NEVER use this business!!!

This place is a scam, they will take your order then deliver a far cheaper flower than what you paid for. They also sent birthday flowers a day late and then refused to provide a refund. Stay away!
