I went in there for a fuel filter and a fuel line. And some male manager thinks that if you talk down to his customers and intimidate them.
And uses egotistical demeaner. When he's working at an auto parts store that's not a dealership or a real auto part store. He thinks he's entitled. He should go to school to learn how to talk to people. The way he would like to be talked to.

This place has the worst customer service
All the products are in the wrong places with the wrong prices
When you ask the manager about it
He blames it on the customers moving things around, which could be true
But at the time there were six people behind the counter, doing nothing but talking
To each other
And I was the only customer in the store
They could’ve been restocking and making sure that everything was in the proper places With the proper prices
And instead of honoring the price
I got an attitude from the so-called manager
I walked out and went to another AutoZone and purchase what I need
I will never give that store my money nor my business
Not only will I not be a customer I will be telling all my friends and family and whoever else will listen never to set foot in that AutoZone again
There are plenty more around with great customer service
This store sucks
And Joel has the worst attitude for a manager
I don’t even know how he got that position
If he is the true manager
They really wouldn’t tell me who the manager was
Just one of the employees referred to him as her “Primo” meaning Cousin
Which is very unprofessional
I believe her name was Lupe
This store should be closed !!!!!!
And I will be writing more bad reviews on every review app I can so people dont waste their time!!!

Joel C. is the man! Very professional.
Came this morning after my car had a "weak" start, Spoke with Joel who advised me to replace the battery.
He was also able to install it for me with urgency, and was very professional. Disclaimers were also provided when he was working with some rusty terminals, which i sincerely appreciate.
Got a new battery with new connectors installed in less than 45 mins!
All in all, this is the best AutoZone in the valley.

I have had one of the best customer service experiences dealing with Lupe and Joel. They were very knowledgeable and helped me out with purchasing the correct battery needed for my car. They explained the differences between the batteries and made some recommendations as well. They were not pushy and waited for me to patiently decide with what I felt best suited my car needs. Look for Lupe and/or Joel next time you call or come into this branch!

I'd give 10 stars if I could. Thank you Joe C.I needed a new battery for my truck, so called and Joe C looked up all my information. When I got there they saw my arm is in a sling from a shoulder surgery. Joe C took the old battery out and put the new one in. Customer service way above and beyond. Thanks Joe !

Lupe took really good care of me by ordering the battery I needed for my 1966 Mustang. They didn’t have it at their store but she told me if I came back that afternoon they would have one transferred from another store and sure enough - I came back and it was there waiting for me. Great customer service!

My wife and I keep coming back because the folks here at Auto Zone are unfailingly courteous and helpful and willing to go out of their way to find a way to solve the various issues we've needed help with over the years. This Thanksgiving we are indeed thankful there are such quality individuals to help hen needed.

My favorite AutoZone branch (Devonshire and Balboa). Dominic is reliable and consistently giving good customer service. He is helpful and giving directions what and how to do it. I had scratches on my car, no need to go to dealer but just go to “AutoZone.”
