I absolutely do not recommend this company! Don't order anything online from them! I encountered extremely negative impressions! I placed an order for a friend as a gift, provided all the necessary documents, paid for the order, but the order was never shipped. They froze my order and asked me to cancel the order and change the address. Just negative emotions and wasted time.

I ordered shishas and a few additional things for hookah from the online store.I received everything I wanted, and Alex was very helpful. Answered all my questions really quickly.But it looks like they are shipping out orders on particular days only. I'm not sure about that. But in general, I don't have any issues with the store.I also received extra things. Thanks for that!

It is one of the worst online shopping experiences. I ordered a hookah, and they sent me the wrong item. When I asked them to send me the correct item, they showed an attitude and said, "What's the difference. Let me tell you what's the difference is. I paid for product A, and I want product A. If you don't have it product A, you context me and explain the situation. At that point, I will decide either to cancel the other or if I would accept product B. You can send me product B while I purchased product A. Alex, who I believe is the owner, is one despicable dishonest and rude person. Instead of apologies for sending me the wrong item, he said I either take it or I send it to him, and I pay the ship9ng cost + 15% restocking cost. Or I keep the hookah and stop contacting them. Talking of contacting them good luck with that especially fir online orders. I would never use their online service, and I am warning all of you. Becareful as this is a scam business.

Worst experience doing business with 5starhookah. The owner or manager Alex is a despicable liar. They sent me the wrong products. When I asked for a refund or replacement, Alex very rudely said that it is my responsibility to pay for shipment cost for the wrong product that they sent to me. On top of that, they would also charge me 15% restocking cost. Between the cost of shipping and restocking, a correct hookah would cost me double. I would never do business with 5starhookah, and I would report them to BBB. Alex needs to learn some manners on how to talk to customers. If I could give this place -0 review, I would as they don't deserve 1 star.

5STARHOOKAH is a fraud business. Never buy hookahs from them. I recently purchased two hookahs from them. The first hookah came with no hose adaptor and hose. When I contacted 5STARHOOKAH, they said they would give me a refund, but with 15 restock charges, plus I have to pay for shipping. The second hookah was faulty after I used it. That's when I found out that it is faulty. 5STARHOOKAH hookah said that since I used it, they won't return the product. How else I would not if the hookah is faulty? Obviously, after the first use. After 1 week of fulling me around, they said they won't return it. I also have this back protection plan that 5STARHOOKAH hookah charges on all their products. That plan is part of their scam. When you call them it is the same person, Alex. He answers and says the same thing. Never buy anything from them, especially online. If I could give them 0 start, I would. To bad Google won't allow me. ALEX is a horrible businessman, a scam artist.!

I purchased a Nova Smoke UFO Stick Hookah and Cyril Genie Bases on January 11, 2024, my order arrived on January 19, 2024. Upon receipt of my order, I noticed that the hose had 4 kinks that restricted the air flow when trying to pull. I emailed Alex to ask how we could resolve the issue and Alex suggested that I run the hose under hot water. I wrote Alex back and said I would try that but as a consumer I shouldn’t have to run hot water on my hose that’s damaged because of the way it was packaged to be shipped out. That’s poor customer service and I’ll shop elsewhere!

Worst customer service. Checking everything what you want to buy. Manager Alex sold a non-basic flask for hookah, and the hookah wobbles when smoking. At the request to change the flask to the basic one, which is on the website, he began to tell very interesting (no) stories, like he does not make a return (although there is a law, maybe Alex's store is more important?), tried to kick me out of the store, it's like I'm talking angrily with him, talking with me rude as if I am stupid and do not understand anything, and he will now explain everything to me, emphasized and proudly stated that he will explain everything once and for the last time, and I am apparently stupid and did not understand. He also told me that he had a big income and to change the flask it does not cost him anything, although he never changed it. Then he freaked out, grabbed some flask and said to take it, this is his gift to me for Christmas, from the master's shoulder (king in the castle), and than I must go out and never appeared in his store again (I did not take the flask, because it was even worse than the one he sold). He also said with a smirk that I should have checked the flask before I bought it, like now it's not his problem and he will not return it. In general Disgusting attitude to customers, I do not recommend this store, Alex apparently believes that he is a very important person, but the client is apparently an empty place. My recommendation All double-check before buying and remember that no one will give you a refund and you will take a rude communication. Better choose another store

THEY SENT OUT WHAT 5 emails on black friday with a 25% off code, BUT YET DOESN'T WORK ON A SINGLE ITEM IN THE CART, 17 ITEMS? LOLMAYBE SHOULD REPORT TO FTC, BBB FOR FALSE ADVERTISING. WONT BE ORDERING FROM HERE WITH THIS NON SENSE SCAM

"25% 13 year Sale" haha! Sure! Free shipping was a better deal. 25% off a $200 order then they charge you $50 for shipping. Don't pretend it's a sale, because it's not. Great idea to have the "sale" on a Saturday too, when your online department is closed so you don't have to take any calls. Will be buying everything from your competitors from now on. Avoid these guys.

I’m done with this place. Ordered from them 3 times. 2 for me and one time as gift to a friend. If you don’t have the base that is shown in the picture then why don’t you inform the customer before shipping something totally different. How hard is it to check the base and make sure it’s not lopsided or leaning etc. All three times I had issues; last one I literally said forget it I’m done. Hard to reach them when you do, it’s an inconvenience to them, suddenly you’re annoying and talked to in a rude manner. But it’s ok because competition exists for a reason. I don’t like you, I’ll go somewhere else who will actually serve their customers properly.

Guys you gotta work harder on your online order, every time we place an order online, we wait almost a week then we don’t receive anything and you always have an excuses billing address not match, sometimes you say don’t have that product in stock, sometimes u say ohh sorry but we shipped it late …etcWe are using the card daily and never has an issue and when i go to your store i use same card and everything was fine.Please guys improve that service.In Dubai when you order something you deliver it after 2 hours or maximum within 2 days and sometimes next days, anything you order online from any store we never get it late, this order with you I ordered before i come to California in 2 days so imagine how good your service is and you didn’t send an email telling me that issue.Despite your products is very expensive i still make an order with you better than driving to Anhaiem.Thank you anyway.Thank you.

My second order with these guys. Extremely satisfied with the service. There were some issues with some of the items I had ordered and Rogelio went above and beyond to correct the issues at hand. Definitely will be ordering more soon.

5star hookah is an amazing shop! They have great products, awesome prices, and incredible customer service. I had a small issue with my online order and Alex and Rogelio were quick to fix it immediately. They were so responsive and resolved my problem right away. We've been ordering from here for a few years and will forever be our go-to shop!
