These are the sickest guys you could hope to run into when going to a smoke shop. They've been pro freedom since day 1, seeing through the BS and never forcing their customers or staff to follow any of the unconstitutional mandates. I had some issues with a defective product, brought it back and they didn't hesitate even for a second to make things right. 2 bros are pro freedom, pro human, pro community. What more could you ask from one of your local businesses?My bros from another boz. See yall soon, thank you.

Best vape shop in the valley by far. The prices are unbeatable. They have a great loyalty program. Customer service is wonderful. It's pretty much the only place I go at this point.

If you are looking for excellent customer service and superior products DO NOT SHOP at 2 Bros Smoke & Vape Shop. If zero stars was a rating option I would have given it to them. The older brother/co-owner is quite friendly as long as you are buying something. BEWARE the shopper who purchases one of their overpriced products and it is defective or doesn’t work. My experience… I purchased a torch lighter. I used once and it stopped working so I went back to exchange it 20 minutes after the original purchase. In response to my wanting to exchange the lighter, the owner was rude, dismissive and initially refused me a refund telling me I used the lighter improperly therefore it’s my fault it doesn’t work! I anticipated an easy exchange however the owner expected me to pay for a new product and just return the defective one. He was incredulous that I dare ask for an exchange for a product that was in my possession for all of 20 minutes. He then offered me a 50% discount on the purchase of the new lighter!!! It was so absurd that if I wasn’t so disgusted, I would have laughed. He could have easily just exchanged the $15 defective lighter for another one…. Pretty simple and good customer service. They have no interest in high-quality or even basic quality products. Case in point the second lighters I was given (again ONLY after I refused to pay full price or even 50% for the replacement of the defective lighter) doesn’t work either!! And yes I know all about the use and care of a torch as I’ve had many…. Never had an issue until 2 Bros sub par product. In the event you need to return your item (a high probability) Good luck! The owner is like a sleazy used car salesman. You’ve been warned.Addendum: no masks worn and no mask required to enter 2 Bros. No judgement just a statement of fact. Judge for yourself.

Wish they were open late. Hours are very inconsistent. They don't open when they say they do but they'll stay late sometimes if the person feels like it. Should definitely change store hours

Such nice genuine & family owned spot & so reasonably priced. I doubt you'll be disappointed with any service or price, the opposite actually!! Which is why I'm writing this review. Honestly you're missing out if you don't check out this spot. @Johnny thank you!!!
