I brought the shoes in, and the manager, Jacob, was excellent. He explained that he had never seen that particular failure and would replace the shoes. They were on sale, so I just had to pay the difference. They came literally in 36 hours. I will always shop here, and I thank Jacob in particular for his professionalism and kindness.
