Lack of questions, effort, and overall didn’t do a good job during the cut. No water was used to cut my hair and the attention to detail was horrible, I had multiple hairs left uncut around the edges.

This shop has won my loyalty for a couple reasons, I’ll start off with saying the energy of the shop is great. Good music is always playing, I always have a great conversation with the barbers, and the atmosphere isn’t too serious - it is a welcoming place. I have been to barbershops where everyone seems to cool for school where you’re not comfortable. This is not that shop, excited to bring my boy for his first haircut here!
Anyways, secondly Anthony has always given me an amazing haircut, super consistent and fast service. I rock a slick back so i always get a low fade to skin with a little off top to keep it tight and he just nails it every time.
Overall I have zero complaints, keep up the great work Wolf’s Head!

Been coming to wolfs head for almost 8 years now. Out of many barbershops in the area I find peace at wise guys. Anthony is an amazing barber who has been cutting my hair for about a decade now and never misses ! The other guys in the shop are just as good ! You get a good haircut. You don't deal with long wait times, obnoxious shop talk, blaring TVs with sports. You don't deal with guys putting everything down to talk gossip. This is a straight forward and down to the point barber shop, again with none of the annoying antics. Mad love for this place.

Wolf's Head Saves the Day! I walked in hoping someone could fix my cut from a mistake at a different barbershop Anthony gladly took me in without an appointment and started doing his magic. He was able to fix the areas where the prior place had messed up. Now I have been coming to Wolf's Heads Since always does a great job I highly recommend to ask for Anthony.

My recent visit to Wolf's Head Barbershop was not just a haircut; it was a memorable family experience that exceeded all expectations. As a mom, I wanted to my son's first haircut to be special, and I couldn't have chosen a better place for the occasion. Our barber, Anthony, epitomized professionalism and patience. Additionally, I was impressed by how attentively Anthony listened to my wishes and took the time to understand what I truly wanted. Ultimately, my overall experience there was great! The barber provided excellent service and in addition was pleased to see how clean the barbershop looked.

Let me start off by saying that the place itself is really nice - super clean, well designed, etc. . This was my first time going and I chose to schedule my appointment with Anthony based on the all the reviews I read on Yelp. During the actual haircut, everything was fine. We had basic back and forth conversation and he worked with me on what I wanted. The haircut I got was nothing special, super basic/boring which is what I wanted. If that was all, #1 - I wouldn't have even left a Yelp review because that's not the person I am, and #2, If I did leave one, the haircut was average at best so I probably would have left 3.5 - 4.0 stars.... At the end of the cut after he had "faded" the back of my head and rounded the corners, he just said I was all good and didn't show me what it looked like which I thought was a little weird but I didn't question it as we had talked pretty in-depth about what I wanted to do so I trusted his work. However, it wasn't until I got home and looked in the mirror that I understood why he didn't bother to show me... the dude left three giant patches on the back of my head and couldn't be bothered to make the rounded edges symmetrical. On top of this, he graciously accepted the 25% ($10) tip and let me walk out KNOWING he did sub-par work. I'm relatively calm about situations like this. Had he admitted his fault I would have just suggested to buzz my head and let it be - no big deal. But instead, he acted as though everything was perfectly fine, accepted a BIG tip, and let one of his clients - which reflects HIS work - walk out looking absolutely ridiculous. It's not even like I can cover my head with a beanie or hat for the next 2-3 weeks because of where it is. I don't know if he let it happen because he saw that I had tipped $1 online and did it out of spite - the website makes you leave a tip and I'd rather tip in person AFTER the work is done (the whole point of a tip) - or just doesn't care, probably both! It's actually crazy that you'd let someone walk out of your shop looking like this but I'm sure you could care less as it was your carelessness that created the situation in the first place. All in all, I wouldn't suggest Wolf's Head :)

I was visiting family in Goleta and needed a trim. Anthony hooked me up and had me looking good in no time. Clean shop, good conversation, and an excellent haircut. Not much more to say except I'll be back.

I called and asked for someone who worked specifically with curly hair and they recommended me someone. I also came in with a reference image (of my own hair from about 2 months ago) for the style and length I desired. They cut it and it was way shorter than I asked for and also completely disregarded the style too. I would not recommend going here, especially if you have curly hair.Service: Curly hair

I have never been to such a well maintained barbershop like this one. Went there yesterday to get a haircut, price is good $40. I Highly recommend
