Please file formal complaints with USPS, as we've done repeatedly. The Patterson office never actually answers their phone, making it difficult to report for example the last two weeks of an employee randomly dropping parcels at the wrong apartments. It's not even an honest mistake, our doorstop had our own packages plus one from a completely different address, multiple times. Just ridiculously bad quality service and management.

Been here a couple of times and have been very impressed. If you compare this location to the one on Storke, this one wins hands down.

The staff are always very rude and short with me and never help me with my needs. I always leave with more questions and never with my package being delivered. And I have actually left crying multiple times

Called and got stuck in a 30 minute loop because of a missing package. Drove down to the store and didn’t get any help at all… Seems like the staff there don’t care about anyone but themselves. No gratitude, no empathy, nothing. Never going to again. An older woman with glasses, just extremely rude and disinterested and never has any intention to help a customer out. One star is way too much for this place

Always super helpful service. Lines can get long sometimes when only 1 worker is there but still efficient, and they are training new employees.

Tried calling the location but got stuck talking to a robot on loop for 20 min. My package is missing and now I have to drive down there to ask about it.

It's like they refuse to check my package. I can see why the usps is in decline. Everybody there is just there to collect a paycheck. They looked like they didn't even want to be there. Especially Brandon the supervisor. He was bragging to everybody that his leaving usps to go to nursing school. How do you lose a simple package that has a tracking number.

Always arrives late, wrong home, and they can't seem to look at the zip-code and make sure they drop it off at the RIGHT HOME, so tired of "Attempted Delivery", you delivered it to my neighbor and then returned to the USPS Office with my package instead of just CHECKING.

Horrible service and staff. Seriously, just go to the ups store at 5662 Calle Real, they have way better service.
