“I rented a Uhaul, directly from Uhaul it was a nightmare. Reserved a week in advance, no truck when we went to p/up. They sent me somewhere else, Uhaul app wasn't working, 40 minutes on hold (paying movers to stand around) waiting for customer service to get a code to get truck key, no go. Finally 2 hours later went to Goleta Motors, in & out 5 minutes they are WONDERFUL. Do not go thru Uhaul just call Goleta Motors direct, moving is stressful enough. Also, I had a neice buy a car from them and they were great and she was very happy.”
