Received a message that UPS wanted to deliver package early. So, I took off work to receive package. Been up since 8am. I have had several packages received and picked up from my address. I am highly upset because carrier said no one was here to accept. That was lie #1, lie #2. Driver made attempt but had problems locating address. #3. A problem arose and interfered with the delivery. Which do you pick. I've been here all day, really did not sit good with me..When you make mistakes why can't we pick up our own packages, because your way is not working....

UPS customer service is horrible. It is impossible to speak with an agent. My package was supposed to arrive today. It was second air delivery. Now, it is coming on Monday. I am leaving for a conference and was guaranteed a second air delivery. I called a few tines trying to find out why it is not coming today.UPS is not reliable. Prices go up, and service goes down.They should not charge for deliveries they can not fulfill. Furthermore, someone should have the courtesy to respond.

UPS drivers & delivery service has alway delivered to my place on time and always make sure my packages are put inside my gateThey don’t get enough credit and thanks so i hope to show them i appreciate the servicePeople always make time to criticize but won’t make time to give good reviewsManagement remember thing that went bad and forget the 30 that went greatThank you UPS and NO I DONT KNOW ANY EMPLOYEES,, I just want to make sure they know how I feel

This place is always closed. Even UPS’s own customer service rep couldn’t reach them for over a half hour. Was only after I asked to speak to a surpervisor to file a complaint were they able to eventually call me back and let me know they would be open. All in all took about an hour to find out if they would be open DURING THE POSTED BUSINESS HOURS. Then I go to pick up my medication that I’ve been waiting for, for over a week and a half and OF COURSE they closed early. It’s almost funny how terribly this place is managed.

The employees here helped me find a lost package and were helpful, friendly, and professional throughout the process. I thought I was getting into a week long hunt and it was resolved within the day.

I called UPS out in Goleta Wednesday to have them pick up a box that was supposed to be picked up earlier that day. ? The guy who I talked to on the phone said they would send a driver out my way at 5:30pm. I was hoping they wouldn’t send the regular grouchy dude that showed up at my apartment a few days before. Well, it was getting closer to the time UPS closed and I didn’t think anyone would show up. I thought I had even heard the sound of the UPS truck and I looked out the door, but I didn’t see anything. ? So I sat back down on my couch and started texting my friend to tell her I was waiting on UPS to come pick up my box. I heard a shuffling sound outside my door and figured it was one of my neighbors walking by. Then I heard a knock, knock on my open door and I wasn’t expecting it to be the UPS man. I did a double take and standing there was a really tall guy wearing a hat. It still didn’t register that it was a UPS man until I saw the brown uniform. He appeared to be looking at his phone. I just stood there in awe waiting for him to look up and when he did I think the sparkle from his nice smile almost knocked me out. I was so happy to see him at my door. He was so nice and polite and good looking too. Anyway, I think that he was my blessing for the end of my stressful day. Thank you UPS for sending that nice looking UPS man to my apartment to pick up that 40 pound box. ☺️

So much more than just a place to ship your packages. They do all the “ing” that you see on their commercials. And these UPS staffers are so nice, friendly & helpful.
