The girl working was so incredibly rude and disrespectful. Her employee number is 137940. We came in a few minutes before closing to ship out two packages. Immediately upon entering she said “we close in 1 minute”, no hello, or welcome in. Then when we kindly said we will be quick, she said “I only take cards, no cash. We hurried to package our shipments and left as soon as possible so she didn’t have to wait. Our receipt shows we were checked out by 3:04pm, 4 minutes after they close. We are great customers of this UPS and use the store for shipments multiple times a week. I have never been treated like this before. I hope the owner does something about her attitude, not ok. Maybe this isn’t the job for her.

Love the folks who work there, BUT do not love rhetoric fact that they have an “up-charge “ for stamps and do not admit that. Was charged $76.25 for 100 stamps, instead of the $68 that the Post Office charges. Clerk denied it, but another clerk verified when I returned 200 stamps for a refund. Ludicrous

ITS BUSY, BUT GETS THE JOB DONE!The staff are nice....especially Christian, who always greets me with a smile and kind words. They have diverse services, such as: Packing/shipping/Amazon returns/P.O. Boxes/Notary. The line can form quickly, but staff moves efficiently, so the wait is never too long. They sell some cute birthday and special occasion cards, as well as shipping supplies for those more inclines for do-it-yourself. Parking is abundant right out front and the store is air conditioned and comfortable.

Don't go this place!!!!!!! Very rude faculty and very unfriendly to Amazon drop offs. Charge extra when Amazon told me there's nothing need to prepare before drop off and no extra charges. Go to the ups store near Costco for Amazon drop off. They are much nicer.

Whether returning an item from whence it came, or shipping my art to a new home, this UPS Store has never failed me! The employees are kind, efficient and helpful. I find their shipping rates reasonable and items always arrive to their destination in a timely manner and in safe condition. Look no further for a local friendly shipping carrier. If you already have a package prepared and shipping label affixed, (or in a hurry and wish to avoid a line) they have a large collection box where you can drop off your package...and That's a Wrap!

I can always count on this UPS location to return my Amazon packages. They are super friendly and always get through long lines of customers very fast. They make it easy and quick! Best of all the Amazon returns are free :)

Went in to send a package and I needed help with getting the mailing form printed out. The man was EXTREMELY rude, his attitude was so far out of line. He refused to help and told me that it would just come out fuzzy and was just not helpful. I would 100%suggest that no one use this store.

I returned three sweaters to Amazon more than two weeks ago. They were all different packages. When I wasn't getting my money back, I looked them up. It shows that two were scanned, but never left the store. The other didn't have a receipt or tracking. Terry B. took the bags and I could feel negativity, but I figured she was just overwhelmed before the holidays. Not one of the sweaters made it back either via UPS or Post office. I went back to the store to send back a fireplace. I talked to Terry about it. Rather than looking for the sweaters, she immediately got defensive. She said "amazon packages get lost all the time". Actually, no they don't. I have never had this problem and now I have three with her at once. At this point, I got nervous for my fireplace. But, I left with the store owners name and number. Terri put the return label for the fireplace on the bottom of the box. So, the 57 pound item was returned to me. I had to send it again. I called Tom, the owner, because my alarm bells went off. He was dismissive and rude. I won't be back. Tom owns two stores it seems. The 7127 branch as well. Turns out, Staples took my fireplace back and they were nice to me. What a debacle. Save yourself the headache and send with reputable people.

Oh my gosh - went in on Saturday morning, Oct 23, 2021, to box and ship some packages. From the moment my daughter (13) and I walked in the door, the guy behind the counter was angry and copping serious attitude and made our experience very uncomfortable. He was intent on making things difficult for us as he measured and priced our package...and we ended up leaving without shipping our items because of him. Very uncomfortable and a bit of a hostile environment this morning that he created there. P.S. - this UPS store wanted to charge us $803 in total ($50 for packing and $753 to ship to Arizona for Tues delivery). After we left, we went to FedEx across the street and they packed and shipped for same speed of delivery for a total of only $190 ($15 for packing and $175 for shipping)!
