From great customer service, to accurate pricing, to allowing me to turn my rental vehicle in late with a few extra miles, this place is amazingly trustworthy. The staff is kind and straightforward about everything. P.S. get full coverage. Most bad reviews come from people that don't get the optional full coverage rental insurance for renting a giant vehicle and transporting heavily weighted items. I recommend all to stop on by and give this place a try!”

“I finally found out why it's called U-Haul. It's where my girlfriend watches me (Uriah) haul all of her stuff into the U Haul. The Uriah Haul. Although I didn't need to interact with the staff, they were friendly enough to leave me alone while my girlfriend thought I knew what I was doing. The self check in was amazing. Just wish I didn't have Verizon. It's easy process to just sign up online. Pick the location, drop off time and bing, bam, boom you're done. We paid the $10 for the insurance and of course nothing happened. The only accident was me unloading the stuff into the neighbors lawn. Moving is stressful. Driving a large truck when your used to a Prius. That's even more stressful. My Prius had a lot of great protects. It's protects that environment and me from marriage. Which is a great protection. I do wonder how safe it is that anyone can just rent and drive a massive U-Haul across town, but I don't want to move into political territory. I just like to move it, move it.”

“Honestly I usually get great customer service from this place. They're usually no hassle and have been flexible with me about pricing and returns and things. And generally I feel like they've bent over backwards to be generous and helpful l1 less star for a singular negative experience: wouldn't recommend getting anything "assembled for you" and brought curbside though, they tried to offer me a weathered dented bbq and pretend they had no other stock. Thank goodness for actual good customer service inside and the magic of the internet telling me they had 45 in stock... it all worked out in the end after many hoops to jump through but with the return, price correction, retrieving it from an upper pallet boxed... it added 60min to the whole process kudos to the forklift driving lady, customer service and one of the in store guys who I flagged down to help 3 out of 4 of you were still exceptional.”
