very disappointed with this location after our family has purchased several cars from them! ANDRES WAS AMAZING They are going to lose business without him as I have been calling for 7 days with no response from Rebecca (finance manager) for sure no manager skills and leaving messages for Garret also with no response. Guess they feel they have done their duties cause they made a sale! still waiting for a call back.. receptionist Yara seems to have caller ID and has now been forwarding my calls to voicemail.. Toyota has now become a joke.

This review is for the service department. We've generally had good experiences with the quality of service, but it really seems like the service department books more appointments at one time than they can realistically handle. We've been here for routine service twice, and always end up waiting at least 30 minutes in line just to drop off the car, despite booking an appointment. At most auto shops I'm used to, you simply park the car, hand over the keys, sign a lien, and leave. However, here they make you wait in your car in this pair of lines while they very slowly wave cars up one at a time, before letting you go on your way. The line management tends to be disorganized, with the staff typically heavily favoring the line on the right, while the people on the left are made to wait in their cars for even longer (they seem to take 3-4 cars from the right line for every one car in the left line. Pro tip: get in the line on the right, not the left). It just seems like they book too many cars at a time, and don't organize their lines effectively.If you live in Santa Barbara and your Toyota is under warranty, then I realize you're kind of stuck. Just tell your ride to show up ~30 minutes after you bring the car, because you will be waiting that long to drop the car off.

Excellent car buying experience! Very kind, knowledgeable sales associates who truly worked with me to find the best deal for my new (used) car purchase. After driving all over socal and visiting multiple dealerships-this place was refreshing and well worth the drive! Very happy with my purchase. :)

Let me start off by saying, I will never buy anywhere else expect through this dealership! After first going to the Ventura location to look at RAV4's, I was extremely disappointed in the lack of attention and respect I was shown as a younger woman purchasing a vehicle. So when I came to Santa Barbara, I was extremely delighted that everyone was not only welcoming, but I felt that I was respected as a potential buyer which was huge for me. I had the lucky pleasure of working with John "JJ" who made my experience extremely smooth and exciting! From the second we get there we were greeted and shown to the vehicle that I had reserved over the phone with him earlier that day. Right away he was eager to show me what the beautiful car had in store! I knew right away that I wanted this car and I am so glad that I purchased the vehicle through him! I never once felt that he was pushy, condescending or anything else that you typically feel when dealing with a salesmen. Instead he was passionate about his job which shows how great this dealership is! The financial aspect of the process was extremely smooth and the gal who helped me was so sweet and easy going. This car buying experience was more than a dream! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!

Where to get started .. everyone at this entire dealership is absolutely amazing ! All the managers from Dan, Tom, Paul and Frank! Make everything an absolute breeze buying a car , I had the pleasure buying a car from John Sagun "jj" and he got me through the process so quick and easy , Rebecca got me in and out of the Box in noo time , definitely recommend if you need a car he's NEEDS to be your go to guy!Now in Service I've had the the privilege working with about all the service advisors from Pablo , Alex , Rob , Andrea, tod , Rachel ! Even the great Matthew Haas. I just like to start off by expressing my Extreme gratuity and appreciation for the individuals that represent this company , as I have much experience as a Toyota customer this is by far the most responsible and reliable dealership and service in parts provider that I've had throughout all of the dealerships I have visited over the years. These folks are honest and they're warm hearted which truly makes for a overall positive experience, when dealing with the needed car stuffs... I've met a few individuals on the Sale Side and they are wonderful as well. It really makes a difference when people are kind and down to earth, listen to the customers exact needs and that's almost unheard of in our sales and service auto industry. Just wanted to give everyone a big shout out and a big thank you I have been incredibly impressed with your teams customer service, the overall Service is clearly diligent as your team goes above and beyond to make sure my car and my livelihood run smoothly. I look forward to my next visit, and based off of my unsavory experiences at other dealerships I really feel like you guys deserve 1000 stars, and granted I can't give you 1000 stars on yelp, I thought I'd mention it to you all here. i'd also like to point out everyone seems to do their due diligence, and make me as the customer Feel safe and comfortable, really leaving me with a feeling that I'm in good hands. . Please see below for prices they gave me for my 2015 Toyota Corolla with 104k miles that I get serviced twice a year and each time I come in they find many critical issues with and charge $400-$600 each time around. Luckily I found a cheaper, more honest place in town, so cheers to not having to come back here! :)

Maybe I am mistaken, but it SEEMS to have changed from past years. It had a REALLY BAD reputation, but my experience was very positive. Had the battery and starter replaced (battery was 7 years old). They got the job done quickly, even though the starter had to come from Los Angeles, and they kept me posted completely on what was going on in terms of time. I'm really happy.They seemed really busy, so other people seemed to feel the way I did.

Received a very odd phone call from this toyota company on Sunday at 8pm the dealerships off hours. First guy leaves a voice mail saying that he found something on my account and needs to speak to me urgently. Me who just got new tires and oil change done on Wednesday instantly thinks maybe something is wrong with my truck cause why else would I get a call after hours from a dealership. Not sure why they couldn't speak to me while I was there on Wednesday or couldn't wait until Monday during business hours. "It must be really important. So I call the guy back." He sounds incredibly excited and lags to get to the point of why he is even calling me. Finally he gets to his point by saying my car is hard to find and that the dealership is willing to pay big money for it. Out of curiosity and amusement I ask whats the offer. He then goes on saying he needs me to come to the dealership to hear it. Like are your fuc**** serious you call me on a Sunday night and want me to drive to you at 8pm to hear a offer you so badly urgently very importantly needed to speak to me to tell me on the phone. This place is a joke. First off I went to this dealership looking for the truck I have they told me they cant get it and offered me a very lower end version. I then went to Los Angeles Toyota dealership whom had many of the trucks I wanted, they helped me right away to get me my truck. Its not hard to find your just lazy didn't take me long to find it at all. Maybe try calling other Toyota dealership and ask them to transfer you guys some. I found so many in LA and Orange County at TOYOTA DEALERSHIPS and didnt even need to bother someone on a Sunday night to find it. What gets me the most is it was so urgent that it couldn't wait and he couldn't even tell me what he was wanting to offer. Now I need to get my oil changed somewhere else. I was hoping to have them add super charge and other upgrades to my truck but I will no longer spend my money here. This place is so unprofessional.

We were shopping for a Toyota a couple of weeks ago and met Marco Beltran as a sales person. He tried so hard to help us get to know the car that we wanted, even though there were none on site to see. He arranged for us to be able to drive the exact car the following day by asking another employee to bring her car to work. Now that is dedication! So appreciated his follow though and sincerity.

Avoid this dealer like the plague! Do not ever try to buy a Prius from them! A boring ugly Prius that nobody wants they will contact you and they will say we have one available. All you have to do is come in and reserve it, don't waste your time don't go there, when you get there they're going to tell you yes we have one but we're going to charge you $10,000 over sticker for it so avoid the hassle avoid this dealership at all costs. They are crooks, they are con artist, and they are not good honest business people, if I could give them -5 stars, I would, this dealership is the worst. They are greedy. They are dishonest they are scum
