“Man, these guys were a God-send to me when I was doing badly, was homeless toward the end of the pandemic and had a severely limited budget and needed help. I had tried everything to get the used Mercedes I stupidly picked up from a shiesty swindler near Pioneertown who didn’t tell me various things about it ; I couldn’t get it to pass smog so I could register it and “EVEN PUT LICENSE PLATES ON IT” …. Well, I couldn’t figure it out to get the system to run one of the last little readiness checks so the check engine light wouldn’t come on and I could just move on….. well safe to say I had reached my personal DIY limit.

“This tire shop, I am not kidding about this, is a hidden ART museum that happens to keep my cars on the road. There are sculptures, fountains, plant displays, and murals all over this shop. I recently visited right as they opened and had no waiting time -- which is a shame because I like to explore the premises to see art that I have not yet discovered. For 30 bucks, they fixed a tire and and me on my way. I didn't even have time to use their bathroom which is, in itself, an art gallery. When it's time to replace ALL of my tires, I might be more inclined to hit up the local Costco or Ian's Tires. but when I need a single tire or a fast tire repair, I am headed to the Felix Art Gallery. A great Old Town shop.”

“TLDR; Huge thanks to David, Paul and Kienan (also the team members at the front desk), who fixed the tires like a speedrun.

I got to the tire center 20 minutes before closing (8:10pm~) . My front tire is completely broken after a long road trip and I really need to go to SD to visit a friend that I haven’t seen for 7 years the next day. After hearing our story, the whole team worked together and fixed all the issues. With their help, we safely get SD. The front desk team members help me to setup membership (yeah, I don’t even have a membership when I got there and there is no other tire repair shop still open at 8 pm). They also helped me to check the storage of the tires we want to get even though this is not their job. Then the superhero David and the team in tire shop took our request even though they’re closing and helped us to fix the tires and gave a detailed inspection and replaced both our front tires. All of this happens in a really short time. When I looked back, it’s unimaginable that they can get everything done in less than 20 minutes.

Many of my friends have Costco membership but never had I imagined myself become one. This experience completely changed me. The team is simply amazing: super professional, reliable and helpful.”
