I had a disappointing experience at Tilly's today. While we were queuing at the checkout, my girlfriend, who had been patiently waiting in line for about 10 minutes following the crowd, was told by the cashier that she wasn’t in the queue and needed to line up again. This was quite frustrating as it was clear that she had been in line all along. The staff's approach was very unfriendly and it negatively impacted our shopping experience.

I came in to the store on Thursday with my son, and to start off everyone was very helpful and nice. But this very sweet young lady named Lydia was incredibly helpful and she picked out phenomenal shirts for my picky son and made sure we left satisfied. My son was very happy with everything she picked.

Terrible return policy, purchased sunglasses and was never told about items being final sale. Zero help from employees when exchanging, save your time and go somewhere with better policies and customer service.

I've never had a good experience at this Tillys location. I used a gift card here once and the girl couldn't figure out how to use my credits so she called the manager- who was moaning and groaning about having to help me. Eye rolling and sighing, made me feel like such a burden. Wanted to go in today to get some new shoes, says they open at 11am. It is 11:26 right now, the doors are locked but I see 2 girls chatting at the register. I made eye contact with one of them and she just turned around?? What a waste of time. I just watched three more people try to enter the store, Tillys needs to find new employees with a better work ethic!

Walked in here last week and I had a horrible experience. The manager is rude and talks poorly about all the customers coming in. I unfortunately, heard the employees making fun of other customers and their appearance. The manager is super unprofessional. So unless you want to come in and be judged from head to toe go right in.

They never have anything in my size and seem to always seem to be ransacked. I used to like shopping here but now they never have anything and the employees aren't that helpful.

Simply put, the customer service was absolutely horrible at the register. Turned a positive experience into a bad one. Suggest putting some time into training the sales associates at the register to process sales prior to chatting amongst themselves and treating the customers as an inconvenience. The attitude was inexcusable and they should be thankful to be employed.
