I had a great experience at Santa Barbara Nissan, I was warmly greeted by Leo, he was very helpful and informative about the vehicle I was interested in. We took it for a test drive and he introduced me to Heather in financing. They worked with my budget and found me the exact car I was looking for. Excellent buyer experience with Ed Harrington and the crew at Santa Barbara Nissan. I keep going back because I trust that they will take care of me and my car. I did a lot of research up and down the coast and found the price to be fair and came right back to get my ideal car.

I SHALL NEVER AGAIN RETURN: I WENT In for an oil change, and was presented with a $1800 estimate. They wanted to change my tires, brake fluid and cabin filter. My front power window was sticking; the estimate was $1025. I took to another mechanic, and they will do for $400. Ps: my cabin filter was brand new. Severe over charging, and recommending unnecessary work.

Kept my car for two days to drive it and see what issue was. Charged me $150 and did not check anything else on my car (fluids, spark plugs, nothing). Receipt even said they gave me a complimentary car wash and it was dirty just like when I brought it in. Told me my transmission was toast and I needed a new car. I took my car to some other mechanics and it just needed a tune up. Scammers. Definitely won’t be back this was my final straw with Nissan!
