The best gift shop ever in Goleta. Celebrating an anniversary with my girlfriend, I bought a can of candies and a bottle of honey, they offered me a free gift of chocolate and cookies, and also printed my girlfriend's name on the ribbon. The ribbon and the chocolate were free, and they are the nicest I have ever known. Strongly recommended for anyone who wants to get a gift for their important ones.

I worked for a large company in town for years and we used Santa Barbara Gift Baskets many times for employee and customer appreciation. What strikes me most about their service is the attention to detail they put into their baskets. They get to know their customers really well and were able to create gift collections that were deeply meaningful to people. People we gave baskets to understood that the company really cared about them on a personal level. The owner, Anne, is incredibly helpful and generous with her time and energy. A pleasure to work with.

SB Gift Baskets is amazing!!!!! I called with a last minute ask for an overnight delivery for a friend doing a BBQ, as a way to thank him and The team made it actually happen. The customer service, the attention to detail, the rush to overnight, and everything in between makes this place my new go to. They made me look good and I will share their name with everyone I know! Everything is great until something goes wrong.You know the integrity of a company in how they handle problems.I placed an order. I never received it. Their solution is tor me to reorder and pay for expedited shipping.I was not the one who shipped the product. I have no recourse. I’m just out the gift I ordered and paid for.Like I said customer service is so important. And you know the company your dealing with when something goes wrong!!!

Do not by from this company. I ordered from here. My items were supposedly delivered. I did not receive it and they have no proof it was delivered. They pretty much told me too bad. They won't resend what I ordered and paid for. I would not trust them to make anything right. All is good till something happens. You know a business's integrity when something goes wrong. And how they handle it.

If I could give more stars, I would! Anne and her team were terrific to work with. We live in the Bay Area and wanted to send over a special gift basket for a 50th birthday in Santa Barbara. Anne's handling of the order from beginning to end was personalized and thoughtful. She was in communication with me the whole time. Anne also went out of her way to make an executive decision about some of the items in the basket, considering that the recipient was staying in a hotel and included things they would enjoy right away. I highly recommend Santa Barbara Gift Basket!!! You won't be disappointed!

Anne is a wonderful person who likes nothing better in life than to help her customers put together the perfect gift basket for friends, family, or anyone. There are a wide variety of baskets and products to choose from, all at reasonable prices. Why send expensive flowers that will just die in a few days when you can make someone's day with all sorts of delicious confections and terrific trinkets? Definitely check this spot out!

Ordered a custom wine gift basket for a friend celebrating a birthday. It was delivered to Bacara in two beautiful gift wrapped boxes. Three bottles of local Wine plus some snacks. $150 for all Including delivery Had thought about ordering wine from Hotel but so glad I went through this store instead

I can’t say enough good things about my experience ordering a gift basket and other goodies through Santa Barbara Gift Baskets. I have never been communicated with by a business with such care, kindness and attention to detail. By far the best customer service experience I’ve ever had. They made sure my items arrived days early to ensure I received them in time for my husbands birthday. I absolutely cannot wait for my next trip to Santa Barbara to visit this shop and give a big thank you in person!!

Wow... After providing this wonderful company with short notice on a desired gift basket for my father in Santa Barbara, they delivered it the same day with the result being the most wonderful thing possible. That result being a family very touched by the personal nature of the gift basket and quite excited to have received it. I would use this business again in a heartbeat and urge all others to do so. Great selection of goodies to choose from!
