Liked this store located out in Goleta. Well organized and clean. Employees were nice and welcoming. Shelves were stocked and plenty of clothing, shoes and accessories to choose from. Will come back for other shopping in future.

Their sizes cannot be trusted. I needed some shoes, usually a size 8, their "size 8" felt too small. Tried the "8.5s," felt oddly big, but whatever. After going home and cutting the tags, I now find out that these "8.5s" are actually a size 9.5. These shoes were labeled with their size 8.5 sticker, I did not blindly grab shoes off the rack.You had one job...

It's Ross. Didn't find anything that shouted out to me, but finally did get a purse that I think will be ok. Store was pretty clean and organized as far as Ross, TJ Maxx stores go. ?

Worst customer service if you want the employees to give you attitude and try to roll their eyes at you then you can come shop here! I was checking out and the employee Daniela ( that’s what she said her name was when I asked her at the end of my transaction and rolled her eyes at me) was very rude wanted to ring up an item as the same price as another one. When it was not the same description when I told her if she can check for the price she gave me attitude and said it’s going to be more expensive on the computer…. I told her can you check anyways? She then checked and guess what it was cheaper than the other item. I proceeded and told her yes I want the item. She threw my items in the bag and didn’t even give me or put my receipt in the bag. Very rude girl. If you don’t like your job you definitely should not be working customer service!!!! I spoke to the manager and told him what had happened and he said he would talk to her but who knows if he will so that’s why I’m writing a review!! I work retail at Macys and I would never treat a customer the way I was treated! Makes me not want to shop at any Ross stores anymore!!!!!
