Supposed to be open till 1 a.m. closed sign on the door at 12:50 with a security guard not letting any one in. I work late and needed ONE bag of bread. Not the regular stuff in the isle, but the kind I COULD SEE right on the other side of the security guard.
UNBELIEVABLE in a town that has ONE store "open late" that now closes earlier and earlier.

Nico in the floral department was very helpful and so kind in helping me get balloons for my work event. He worked with my schedule and even picking the colors of the balloon over the phone. This is the best service and deals on helium balloons in the area. Highly recommend!

Self checkout was slower than normal. Clipped coupon wasn't applied so had to wait to get it resolved. 2 other self checkout registers were also having issues. Store was clean, well stocked, good meats and produce. Rewards program is great, we save a lot of money!

Uhm.. hm. Nice size grocery store, like a Kroger back east. But they don't have any cold drinks aside from corporate cola and juice brands. Meh.

I give 5 stars to the employee at self checkout (can't remember his name)! He always helps us at self checkout with a smile! He's always very helpful, patience and polite to us! I never write reviews but today the produce lady (Dia) gave us an attitude when we asked for a certain produce. We come every week and always are treated very nicely, but this lady was not not nice at all, not a smile, all we got was a bad look!!!!

Why the store administration does not take measures with people who stand and sign in with promo, which so insistently ask money on dogs and others . Personally, I'm testing discomfort when the fourth day in a row I'm asking for money . If a person financially capable sacrifice , he himself will fit , and not need to shout and pull him out of the stream of passers-by . It's not correct ! If it continues, I'll just be buying another store . Please take measures please

Goleta Hollister location Losing count on how many times the checkers are rude and dismissive. Todays Date 1/12/24 3rd attempt to purchase my groceries after 10 pm Through checker because of alcohol. checkstand sent me to self check and self check were totally dismissive. not returning thanks Ralph's

Picked up a rotisserie chicken and it had no flavor at all no salt just flavorless chicken very bland , great for my dogs tho

I shop here all the time. The staff is awesome in the afternoons and the store has some pretty good deals. The only issue is the refrigerators/freezers here suck lol. There's always freezer burned items or literal ice surrounding the freezers.
At least their deli and bakery has really improved so much, can always find a tasty sweet treat
