Setting appointment with the app was incredibly easy. The location was easy to park at and the office was clean. Took my appointment right on time and the person drew the blood quickly, easily and without anything but the tiny prick. Highly recommend Quest.

No person on the counter. You check-in with a machine and they don't tell you how much you will wait. The place looks terrible. I cannot understand how a health place has carpet on the floors.

I rarely write reviews and never in a million years did I expect to be writing such a positive review for a Quest Diagnostics, lol. I had a blood panel done this morning and I had some issues with paperwork, not to mention a horrible fear of needles and history of passing out. Regina was so sweet and pleasant to deal with - she made me feel comfortable and I actually left in a good mood. Really weird to write something like this about a Quest, but Regina is great and hopefully she will see this someday!

Very pleasant experience here. My daughter and I were in and out in under 10 minutes even registering as new patients. Our technician was kind and skilled--my daughter is terrified of having her blood taken but said that this time it didn't even hurt!

Horrible service I was just told they wouldn't be able to help my 3year old due to the lack of experience and not enough employees to help out. Please be aware save yourself your time and do not bring your small children or else you will find someone telling you to go to a different location. Shame on you 😒

Thank you Joyce for taking excellent care of my twin 5-year olds when they both needed blood drawn, and I came as the lone adult. Your special attention to them was very much appreciated!!!

I can't say enough about how great Joyce was at the Goleta Quest Diagnostics. She literally made this entire experience so much easier and so smooth. We had to take out sick little 3 year old in to have her blood taken for the first time. Not only is she so sick and weak but she also was so afraid and nervous. As parents we were beyond nervous but trying our hardest to convince our daughter that it was going to be great and there's nothing to be afraid of. We were failing completely. But thanks to Joyce everything couldn't have gone better. Our daughter left smiling and happy. Not traumatized and feeling like we tortured her. So worth the drive from Montecito. Ontop of making everything amazing while taking care of our little angel Joyce also was amazing helping me get my insurance card and getting us in and out without making anything more difficult than need be. Iv had such bad experiences over the years sadly at the other locations. It's like at the other locations they have zero customer service or sensitivity to what people are dealing with. I hope if we ever have to go through this again with any of our children Joyce will be there because I can't imagine anyone doing a better job!!

I would like to give a very special thank you to Joyce who I feel goes above and beyond in her job I've been in five times in this pregnancy to have labs done and she has done the most excellent work I've ever had from a phlebotomist . I've been in there and she's running the whole office by herself and handling it better than anyone I've ever seen and her skills are impeccable not to mention she's got a very compassionate way about her and I'm very impressed. I can't speak highly enough of my experience going there. And I am a very very hard lab draw I've had multiple technicians in the past not even being able to get a draw on me so I can definitely say I recommend her. Thank you Joyce 😘
