Not good. The front desk person Jamie/Hyme is a good salesperson. They did not deliver what he sold. This was an insurance job and it was over the estimate multiple times and slow work, so the insurance company cut off payments and my rental car, when my Mercedes was finally done, but returned with damage. When I refused to pay for only the work they agreed needed to be redone… they called the police and held my car keys. My keys were being held as the bargaining chip for full payment on work not yet completed. I finally wrote a check and it was 5.00 over the amount and they refused to accept it and told the police to arrest me for trespassing. They have a lot of room for improvement on customer service at Classic Collision.

I have taken my tesla here twice and they do a great job. Love the detailing they do, makes the car feel brand new. Albert is a great Adjuster!

The driver side mirror cover was bumped by an inconsiderate tree. I got the exact part from Toyota, but found it hard to fit. I stopped by this place, and Albert took the car and cover to the shop nearby. He came back full of apologies - no go. Then he went the extra mile and looked up the part using my VIN number. I had the right part, but the tree inconsiderately damaged the casing as well. Albert went out of his way to assist with expertise and pleasantness.

Everyone was super nice. From when I initially got my estimate with Chris, to when I received my truck back with, I forgot his name.. I think it was Jamie? Idk something with a J.. but he was awesome to! Awesome customer service. Super friendly and respectful to US Veterans! And I’m sure to anyone else as well. Would recommend.

They basically dropped the ball on my case with Progressive completely and I had to call them weekly for a month with hardly any results. At the end it appeared that they hadn't even bought the parts that they said were delayed. Very bummed. They were nice in attitude (that is the one star) but the service was disrespectfully dismissive And downright incompitent.

This was my second time working with classic collision and I was just as impressed as I was the first time. The quality of the repair was amazing. My car looks brand new, and they even took extra care to wash and vacuum the inside of my car, which was above and beyond what I would have expected. Jaime was my point of contact for the entire experience and his customer service was exceptional. He made every step of the process very clear and easy to understand, and I truly appreciated the text updates to understand where my car was in the repair process. I will continue to recommend classic collision to friends and family!

I was honestly super frustrated getting my simple rear end damage repaired here. They originally estimated two weeks for repairs. Ended up taking 5 weeks and I don't understand what added the extra time. First of all, my completely drivable car sat there while they waiting for the parts to be ordered instead of ordering them and then me dropping off the car once they could actually do work. Then it sat there for another week while the repair man working on my car was apparently out sick. So out of the 5 weeks I didn't have a car to transport me to work and school, it spent about half of the time just sitting in their shop. I would have appreciated being told upfront how long it was going to take instead of being given false hope when they would tell me it is going to be done any day and then call that they needed another week, multiple times!

Classic Collision and Jaime Alvarez made the repair process incredibly easy. Every step of the way Jaime was super helpful in explaining the repairs and updating me on the status of my car. I’m so thankful to have had him help me with the repair, and highly recommend classic collision!
