Do not ever shop at O’Reilys they are refusing to honor a warranty on a car battery. I have had it with these bad attitudes with zero knowledge or training. I will take my money elsewhere. I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere.

Just left Oreilly so helpful Kareem checked my maintenance light and scanned it for me Him and his coworker were so helpful! Not the first time I have been there and they are always give excellent service!

I have a battery under warranty and some 19 year old punk is refusing to replace it. I will never shop at any Kragen / Orieleys Auto Parts ever again. This is disrespectful and I am absolutely sick of these places in general. Well, I will only shop at Costco and Online from now on.

Staff was so helpful. Advised me on which wipers to buy and installed them for free right then and there. So quick and easy on a rainy day with a broken windshield wiper. Thank you!

I am a college student dealing with car troubles alone for the first time. I went into O'Reilly Auto Parts knowing something was wrong with my battery but I needed all the help. I am so grateful for the help I received when I went in. I can't say enough great things about the people working there, specifically Adrian. He went above and beyond, I hope he gets the appreciation he deserves.

Yesterday I went to O'Reilly to get a new windshield wiper. It was raining pretty hard outside and Adrian who was working the front desk rang me up, and came outside to put it on for me no problem. So thankful!!! He was super helpful and kind, he really went above and beyond.

OK selection but difficult to get any assistance. Seems to be short staffed at the moment so keep that in mind if you need help searching for something or if you have any questions. The prices seem fair or at least what you could expect to pay across the street at the auto zone as well
