“We were in town for UCSB parents weekend when my water pump went out. We made it to the hotel and I started searching for a mobile mechanic. I exchanged texts with Kris on Saturday night. Sunday morning he came by the hotel, diagnosed the problem, located parts, and drove the car back to his shop which luckily was only a few miles away. He brought the car back to me and by 3PM I was on the road headed home. Kris came to the rescue and saved me the hassle of having to stay another night and find an open shop on Monday. The cost of repair was very reasonable.”

He could have charged me for a supposed leak, but it turned out to be just a loose cap. He also helped me install my license plates as a courtesy. Really appreciated his service!”

“I wanted to say a huge thank you to Casey. My daughter is a student at UCSB and her car started to have issues on Saturday. She was trying to drive back to her apartment when it stopped on a busy street in the turn lane and she could not get it moving. Casey stopped and kindly offered his assistance. He helped calm down my daughter, got the car started again and offered that she follow him a few blocks to his garage so that we could get the car off the road. He offered a loaner vehicle and promised to look at it as soon as he opened on Monday. He did as promised, found the issue, ordered and installed the part and got the car back to her on Tuesday. His pricing was also extremely good - I expected to pay a lot more! We will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Casey to anyone who needs work on their car.”
