These guys are the best! Joe and Joey are wonderful with communication, honesty, and dealing with my very slow paying insurance company. In the end, my vehicle was better than pre-accident, and I couldn't be more pleased.

If I could give 20 Stars I would.....they deserve more...... I have an emergency where I need to leave town tomorrow and my car was damaged today when I was backing out of a parking spot where the tire stopper snagged on my undercarriage and practically pulled off my bumper I explained the rush that I was in and they were so kind to fix it right away......they saved me having to delay my trip.....also saving me more money on a another hotel..... I came to Santa Barbara from Texas to visit all of my old friends from school and it became my last day being called home early cuz my sister had a medical emergency...I was already an emotional wreck leaving everyone then my sisters health, then my bumper being ripped off while parking on Stearns Wharf... Well.....they made a terrible day so much better and I just want to thank them from the bottom of my heart.....thank you.... thank you......i will be sure to tell all my local friends about your business... and a caring one at that.... Good souls sewn into the fabric of life for sure!!!!!!

I called and requested a second look at a quote from a different autobody shop and Joey was so kind and efficient. He broke down the costs for me and explained the services. This was something that he didn't have to do but he took the time to do it for me anyway. He answered me and called me back within minutes of receiving my emails even though it was after hours. I am very grateful for good people like Joey and will most certainly be bringing my business here next time! Thank you Joey! I appreciate you!

I would not give them even one star, I took my car for body and paint. At first the owner was very pleasant and then they asked for cash payment which I accept.But when they gave my car back , the job was very bad and they became rude,But finally they accepted to fixed the problem , so I left my car two days moreBut again they couldn’t fix the problem.Service: Painting

Exceptional mom n pop shop for body repair, paint, roof panel replacement, subframe replacement, etc etc! This place is fantastic, Joe and Joey are wonderful people who are very kind and willing to discuss everything with you on your repairs and deal with everything so you know exactly what you're looking at when getting repairs done. Highly recommended!

My car's front end was hit and bent the axle. Joe and his team rebuilt it and it runs like new. And looks like new. I've had it on the road for 6 weeks now without any problems. These guys were really attentive. They kept me in the loop on what was happening, the schedule, and it all came in at the original quote. Definitely will use them again if I ever need major service.

It can be very intimidating as a woman when you have to take your vehicle into a shop for repairs.. It's extremely hard to find a trustworthy and reliable business that you feel confident will take care of you and not take advantage and rip you off (especially when you're a single mom and totally clueless when it comes to cars!) With that being said, after speaking with numerous shops, I decided to choose National for my repairs. The owner, Joe, and his team were SUPER nice, professional, and SO knowledgeable. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my car there knowing it was in good hands. I was shocked when Joey Jr. called to tell me my car was finished so quickly! I couldn't have been more impressed with the outcome and overall experience. I never usually write reviews, however, being a business owner myself, my expectations of what I expect from other business' are extremely high, and after being blown away with this family owned business, I felt it was only appropriate and the least I could do to write a quick review! Thank you National Auto Body & Paint!!!
