We had a minor oil leak in our jeep and they were able to fix and identify the problem pretty quickly. Darby explained what was happening and broke down the costs so we knew exactly what was done and what parts Were needed. We definitely recommend!

Some of the best customer service I've experienced in years here. I thought I needed a UHaul trailer for a cross-country move, and the owner went out of his way to find the trailer I needed (an unusual one) and stay in touch with me about its arrival and timing. He made a stressful process substantially smoother and calmer for me. Even when I didn't end up needing the trailer, he was friendly and helpful. The whole process was really a 10/10 experience -- the old-fashioned kind of customer service, in the best way. Strongly recommend.

Darby is great. Went through all the issues in fixing our Toyota Sienna squeezing us in. Upfront and reasonable on pricing. He showed us videos of all the problems. Great guy and shop.

We rented a U-Haul truck through Darby at Mahneke Motors, who contracts through U-Haul. Due to the previous renters of the truck not dropping the vehicle off on their scheduled drop-off day, we were without a truck at our scheduled pick-up time. Darby could have just said "well that sucks, sorry can't help you" but instead went well out of his way to get us a vehicle. He stayed after his closing time, called the U-Haul dispatchers for us, contacted the previous renters, and even went to another U-Haul location to pick up our tow dolly for us. Eventually he was able to get the truck from the previous renters and rent it to us. Without his help we would have had to delay our cross-country move (for which we had already booked hotels, scheduled a move-in appointment, etc.) I'm not exaggerating when I say he made our entire move possible. And throughout the entire process he could not have been nicer. Thanks Darby! I'll refer anyone in the area to you whenever I can.

My husband and I recently rented a U-haul for an out-of-town move and were assigned by U-haul to pick up our truck from Mahneke Motors. We could not have been luckier! Originally, U-haul told us they couldn't get us a 15 foot truck (which we needed for my father-in-law's one bedroom apartment) and we were stuck with a 26 footer. Well fortunately for us, I spoke with Darby who went out of his way to re-arrange his trucks so that we could use the 15 footer. It would have been a nightmare to caravan north to Sacramento in a 25+ foot truck and Darby realized it would have been way too big for our needs. A few days before we picked up the truck, I again had the fortune to be working with Darby when I called to reserve a second furniture dolly for our use. Although he didn't have a second one immediately on-hand, he again went out of his way to call around and find one for us to use. When we went to pick-up the truck (before opening), Darby made the process extremely straightforward, had all the equipment in the truck that we'd requested, and even called to make sure we were all set (he could see on his security footage that we had arrived). Anyway, we are so grateful for Darby's excellent customer service. He made a stressful move that much smoother and I highly recommend his services!

This business is run by a very knowledgeable and caring owner. Ive needed help with programming spare keys after losing mine, EASY. My cars radiator gave out on me, FIXED. Subaru headlights went out (stubborn change) and he dropped his schedule to fix them immediately for me, JOB DONE. Theres a reason I always come back here! thanks for the awesome service Darby
