Our own kitchen is made from beautiful cabinets, and surfaces imported from Italy. They contribute so much to making our home a gorgeous and functional space, always drawing admiration from visitors. I ordered a shower head and handle system, after installing I had a small issue with an inner part, the parts team didn’t hesitate to replace the part on warranty. After multiple recent visits, I can say it seems all the folks here really care to help, if they don’t have the answer themselves, they offer to bring over someone that does. I really appreciate the effort as it seems like that is getting more and more rare these days. It’s so nice to see things in person and talk to real humans! Thank you for your help! We’ll be back.”

“I just wanted to give recognition to the employee's that cleaned up someone's excrement. My only issue is that they need a mop or some disposable mop materials incase this occurs in the future. Also, give these 2 ladies a raise because that was foul on so many man levels.”
