Wish I could give zero stars! Just got off the phone with your customer service and the man was rude! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Wouldn’t let me get a word in spoke over me and especially got mad and tried to tell me the purchase made doesn’t exist! So when I gave him the invoice number he told me to return what I bought and receive a credit and to find my parts elsewhere.. smh we will do just that! Thanks for nothing!

Extremely unprofessional business, purchased rod bearings from here. Got the package, the bearings had been previously installed and rotated, not sure who the gentleman on the phone was but he ensured us that your company would never swap out any parts. Was told I can just eat the cost of the bearings and order more from him, or send them back and buy my parts elsewhere.

Jay (and Jeff) go above and beyond. I've probably been using JAE for more than 15 years at this point, and their level of service has never wavered. I wish my doctor listened to me and offered quality recommendations as well as Jay and Jeff.They are honest, knowledgeable, and always willing to talk through a problem and offer suggestions.

If you own a Lotus you should know this!I have never purchased anything from the guys over at JAE before. They were helpful and understanding with my questions. The fact that parts I purchased are correct is amazing now a days in itself but the amount of knowledge Joe was able to pass on further helped with the project.Big shout out to Joe and JAE Parts, I will be returning.

Amazing support for your Lotus! Jay and Joe are fantastic at getting the parts you need at fair price. Just because it's a Lotus JAE gets parts at a Great price. I had a Europa and now have an Esprit and JAE continues to be my go to business for All Lotus parts. Thanks JAE!
