Suitable for a short stay. Breakfast was average. The waffle maker is convenient. However, the lady in the breakfast area was rude and was 10 minutes late to open the door for breakfast. We were on time as we had to hit the road. A few other people were also waiting in the breakfast area.

Location was good, as it was close to everything. Breakfast was advertised as going from 6-10, but started running out of food at 930 and hotel staff had to be notified before they did anything. Room looked like someone pulled the vanity off the wall and the hotel bately bothered to fix it. Bed sheets and pillows were also relatively low quality. A little dissapointing from a Hilton hotel.

The bed is not very comply, too soft and worn out. The pillows are not comfortable and very soft. But the worst part was the free breakfast with no food. They did not have any food at 9:40am when 12 people were waiting in line. A guest had to knock and ask the stuff to refill the station. It took 15 min (5 min before closing) for them to bring some food outside. But it was not enough. It was a line of 12 hungry people and they brought out food for 6 people. Do not offer breakfast if you can't service your guests.

My boyfriend and I stayed here in an impromptu trip. The rooms is nice although I think we we had queen bedding in a king because nothing fit correctly. I can live with that it’s more than enough bed for two people. However, the hot tub bleached my swimsuit and left a rash on my skin. My skin has smelled like chlorine for two days after being in that hot tubs and I hike, sweat and shower. When I sweat my skin burns a little. Like what the hell do you put in there? I appreciate that you are trying to keeping clean but that’s a little absurd. I had a blue swimsuit and now it’s basically pink. It was $120 swimsuit so I am a bit pissed about that. I talked to the hotel staff and they took photos and said they would send it to the manager, but no follow up. They gave us a number to call headquarters. Who then said it’s the hotel manager should take care of it. Who never called us. My swimsuit got even pinker the next day but I took this photo in the bathroom of the hotel room.

Gabriel Quezada is probably the worse sales person I've dealt with. Took two weeks to respond to calls/emails and once she found out that my group was only 5 people, she punted the request for the rooms and conference room. I don't think the air conditioner being broken in the conference room has any effect on the temp in January.

This Hampton Inn is very nice and clean. The rooms are very spacious. The grounds are very well maintained and the location is close to the beach only 10 minutes from Santa Barbara Beach ⛱️. The staff was very polite and friendly. They have breakfast ?. The food is really good ( eggs, sausage, potatoes, walffos, yogurt juice and coffee ☕️ that is really good. It's great for families and Businesses. Very close to the freeway. I really recommend this place.Nearby activities: The Beach is only 10 minutes away on the freeway.Safety: The parking lot is very well lit up and I felt safe.

I like this Inn. It's in a central location in Goleta near the Toyota dealership just of the 217 highway. It's also close to Old Town Coffee if you wanted to get out for a stroll. I think the service is really good, the rooms ae clean, and its fairly easy location if you are wanting to stay in Goleta. Plenty of freeway access and you're not far from fairview for grocery shopping.Rooms: The rooms are fairly plain but very clean.

Frankly, we initially had a serious issue and were totally disappointed with our stay. However, we were lucky to talk to manager Gary. When I called the hotel number, they immediately transferred the phone to the manager (Gary) - as I requested. He gladly picked up the phone and listened to my concerns. Actually, he was already aware of the problem we had last night. Then, guess what? He decided to refund the full amount we had paid for today's stay. I really appreciate his professional and kind treatment. With that couple of hundred dollars we won't become poor or reach. However, I'll remember his genuine gesture to make us happy. We are going to visit this location for a couple of years, and we will definitely return to this hotel - due to Gary's treatment. And I'm sure he will correct the issues we encountered today. Thanks a lot, Gary.

Second time staying here and I won't be staying again. Their cleaning supplies leave an order and parking is CRAZY, free yes but not by front door. Digital keys not working so you can use side doors. Coming in at 10 pm from Texas (meaning midnight) finding this isn't great. Front desk person wasn't rude but sure wasn't friendly. I will try the garden inn before coming here again, especially for the price.
