The location is smaller than some, but is well stocked. I've never had a problem getting the service or bits that I went in for. But that's not why I'm writing this review.There's one employee at this location who always struck me as looking kind of unhappy, or disinterested. My wife recently had to do something late on a Friday night for a weekend work event, and let me tell you, this employee was AMAZING. My wife had a complicated thing to do, with a bunch of copies to make, and every step of the way, he helped her figure out solutions to problems, and offered better ways of doing what she needed. The printer jammed no fewer than 3 times, and he unjammed it without a complaint. (If it were me, I would have been swearing.) My wife gave him plenty of opportunities to choose easier paths or just not do more, but he really pulled through. He even found ways of reducing the costs. Now I'm ashamed I ever mistook his demeanor for disinterest. He's great.

Printing process is super smooth. Online form is simple to use, and if you call them, the staff are very helpful. James is the best! He's helped me with all of my printing needs multiple times. Only go here!

I went to this Fed Ex location twice as it is close to me. First to simply get a medium sized priority/express box. The store was empty at the time, yet the young man behind the counter was rude, unhelpful, and demonstrated an unacceptable attitude when asked a couple simple questions about shipping options. I was kind and smiling, yet I could not understand why he exhibited such disdain for the customer and answering two simple questions that easily fell within his purview. I left wishing I would not encounter him again and wondered why he was working somewhere he apparently loathed. I wish I had caught his name. When I returned to mail my package, I saw the rude young man working there again, but was relieved a kind young woman was at the counter to assist me instead. She was helpful, friendly and efficient and did not have difficulty assessing my shipping options. The transaction was quick and straightforward and reasonably priced. The first visit warranted zero stars, the second visit earned back a couple.

I went here to ship a headlight back to a vendor and was helped out by Ben. Dude, if simple questions stress you out and you gotta put the brakes on cuz you can't multi task in answering a question and inputting info in the computer, then I suggest you find another job. No need to be rude just cuz you're having a bad day or whatever it is you're going through. Work on your customer service cuz that's the business you're in or bounce out there cuz people like Ben over here stress out cuz multi-tasking ain't his forte. If you gotta be rude then you'll get rude back. I only came here because I thought it was a UPS and I thought, dang well I'm already here whatever's I'll just use this FedEx this time but what a horrible mistake. Last time I come here. Stay away. Lucky I didn't blow up cuz I can't stand rude people but hey you caught me on a good day Ben. Lucky you.

Very disappointed at customer service. Went to the store last night to buy printed label sheets using my memory stick. Employee didn't care to engage in communication, he printed for me portrait vs landscape, I said maybe my fault was willing to pay as is, didn't want to redo the printing in landscape, paid and I accepted the misprint. Went over to cut the labels and he insisted for me to leave because was exactly 8 PM his closing time. I was shocked and left saying that he was rude and he show no sign of any emotions. Hope he was a rare case of bad service. I had the opposite experience the week before at the Hope Ave store.

The staff named Josette is very rude. I don't know what made her unhappy to help me. She asked me to send my shipping label to FedEx store without telling me the email address. When I asked the address, I can feel her impatience. I shared my shipping label file and send the sharable link to the address. When she saw the email, I heard her saying, "what is the F*KING file. Why do you send this?" I noticed her name tag when she turned back, and it writes "Josette Store Manager". No wonder the store has a rating of only 2 stars, given a store manager like her.

Absolutely terrible customer service. This older lady with brown hair was so rude. She asked if we needed a receipt for our shipment and we said yes. She thought we said no, and when we asked for the receipt she said “oh well you should have said that now we have to grow through a whole process. Why didn’t you say that in the first place?” When I said we did, she said “I didn’t hear you.” The receipt process took 5 seconds. Literally. Terrible customer service.

Going to the post office makes me so so anxious and it's something I hate doing. USPS always has a long line so I decided to try FedEx for the first time today. Josette made me feel very comfortable and handled my four international/complicated deliveries easily! The process was incredibly smooth and I am so grateful to her. If you have international packages to ship I'd highly recommend FedEx over USPS because at USPS you have to figure out which customs forms to fill out for specific countries. Josette handled that all for me and just told me where to sign! Thank you so so much again Josette! I'll be back next time.

bruh I wish I could slap the s*** out of the fat b**** that sits behind the counter and is rude to ppl. She was rude not only to me but the nice older lady in front of me also. You can say what you want to me but don't continually cut off and interrupt an old lady who just needs some help. I guess if I was that fat and ugly and still working behind the computer at Fedex at age 40 I also would probably need constant validation through the little power trips I would get by belittling people that walked through the door. d*** b**** needs to get neckedOther than that, the carpets and counters were clean, and they had the best smelling hand sanitizer, so 1 Star!!

Man. There is one dude who seems to run this location of FedEx and he quite literally has the worst attitude of anyone working in customer service that I'v ever met. It's so bad that me and my partner dread going in when we need to ship or print something. This guy is the millennial version of the infamous Seinfeld soup n**** God forbid you need to ask a clarifying question or need something to be redone, he's gonna let you have it in front of the whole store. Like dude, I get it, dealing with customers sucks, we've all worked a job like this, but if you enter into every customer interaction with a "f*ck you for making me do my job" attitude, you're going to make everything worse for yourself. All the older men who work in the store are super nice and helpful, but this young skinny guy is literally just the worst. I'v been in this location 3x now and each time I'v seen him talk down to every single person. If you hate working with people so much you gotta find a different job. I'v never had any issues with FedEx at any other locations except this one.
