Today I had to send back a return. I did not have to wait. I was greeted and the employee in training was very nice. They had items for purchase to help with shipping. The service was top notch. I think the best I have experienced at a fedex.

I am very impressed by Alyse, because she was not only cheerful and helpful, she also remembered my shipping preferences! Although I was only here once! She has the rare quality that makes one feel reliable and valued when shipping things. Good job, Alyse!

Went here a few days ago, with about eight boxes that I had to ship back for work. There were only two on staff at the moment as everyone else was taking lunch, I believe the manager, whose name was something like Kayla and a young gentleman. They were so incredibly busy, and I felt so bad that I had so many packages but we're truly so kind the entire time. They worked hard to help everyone and catch up on the never ending line. They both kept their composure after being yelled numerous times by rude people even though it wasn't their fault the line was long and the were busting their asses to work. I have to say what a great experience and what great customer service those two employees showed. Hang in there and keep that positivity! Rude Customers take their anger out on the closest person and they didn't let it get them down. Very impressive.

I went to this Fed Ex location twice as it is close to me. First to simply get a medium sized priority/express box. The store was empty at the time, yet the young man behind the counter was rude, unhelpful, and demonstrated an unacceptable attitude when asked a couple simple questions about shipping options. I was kind and smiling, yet I could not understand why he exhibited such disdain for the customer and answering two simple questions that easily fell within his purview. I left wishing I would not encounter him again and wondered why he was working somewhere he apparently loathed. I wish I had caught his name. When I returned to mail my package, I saw the rude young man working there again, but was relieved a kind young woman was at the counter to assist me instead. She was helpful, friendly and efficient and did not have difficulty assessing my shipping options. The transaction was quick and straightforward and reasonably priced. The first visit warranted zero stars, the second visit earned back a couple.

Don’t ever ship with FedEx - perhaps nothing is wrong with this location, but when FedEx inevitably loses/damages/misdelivers packages the local stores won’t help, and neither will FedEx customer service

I went here to ship a headlight back to a vendor and was helped out by Ben. Dude, if simple questions stress you out and you gotta put the brakes on cuz you can't multi task in answering a question and inputting info in the computer, then I suggest you find another job. No need to be rude just cuz you're having a bad day or whatever it is you're going through. Work on your customer service cuz that's the business you're in or bounce out there cuz people like Ben over here stress out cuz multi-tasking ain't his forte. If you gotta be rude then you'll get rude back. I only came here because I thought it was a UPS and I thought, dang well I'm already here whatever's I'll just use this FedEx this time but what a horrible mistake. Last time I come here. Stay away. Lucky I didn't blow up cuz I can't stand rude people but hey you caught me on a good day Ben. Lucky you.

The staff named Josette is very rude. I don't know what made her unhappy to help me. She asked me to send my shipping label to FedEx store without telling me the email address. When I asked the address, I can feel her impatience. I shared my shipping label file and send the sharable link to the address. When she saw the email, I heard her saying, "what is the F*KING file. Why do you send this?" I noticed her name tag when she turned back, and it writes "Josette Store Manager". No wonder the store has a rating of only 2 stars, given a store manager like her.

Going to the post office makes me so so anxious and it's something I hate doing. USPS always has a long line so I decided to try FedEx for the first time today. Josette made me feel very comfortable and handled my four international/complicated deliveries easily! The process was incredibly smooth and I am so grateful to her. If you have international packages to ship I'd highly recommend FedEx over USPS because at USPS you have to figure out which customs forms to fill out for specific countries. Josette handled that all for me and just told me where to sign! Thank you so so much again Josette! I'll be back next time.
