Even though we made a reservation for tire rotation at 2pm, they didn’t touch the car for two hours! Finally the tires were rotated and we went home for dinner. On the way home we saw that the tire warning light was on, so we returned the next morning. David discovered a nail in one tire that was not there when we dropped it off. Fortunately he stood good for replacing that tire as it was in the side. He was very efficient and told us to contact him if anything else was wrong. We will be sure to work only with him next time.

Just waited 30 minutes to purchase a battery and another 30 minutes for the cord fee return. Management needs to be updated.

After having a mediocre experience with big brand tires I decided to get new tires at Costco. It took a few days for my tires to arrive and the appointment took about 2 1/2 hours. Staff was friendly, efficient and the new tires perform much better than the old ones- big brand which lasted only 15k miles. Costco will also rotate, balance and repair flats at no cost AND the tires are filled with nitrogen which stabilizes the tire's inflation pressure more efficiently than regular air. Just another way that Costco makes our lives easier.

This "shop" made my wife & toddler wait for 3 hours for a 30 minute tire replacement. Absolutely abysmal service. There's no excuse for ruining people's entire evenings because you're disorganized. A 4:30pm appointment has resulted in a missed family dinner, and any chance of seeing my kid before bedtime.. Never again.

How does this Costco NOT have a gas station? :( we did a circle around the building and no gas station. Finally we decided, well, if we're here, might as well take a bio break and look around the store for rain boots. We didn't find any at all. I was looking for a specific sparking wine. a very large selection but didn't see the one I wanted. We came across a nice employee pushing the carts outside and confirmed for us there was no gas station but did give us a couple recommendations on where we could go.

Love going to Costco! We only go for a few select items but recently purchased two different electronics from here and couldn't be happier!!we first bought a TV for the first time in decades and shopped around at competitors however they Made it less stressful and we're very knowledgeable about the products. They made it the purchasing experience simple and weren't trying to sell the most expensive biggest produce. They really took the time to compare products and needs/wants which is hard to do non a busy environment with lots of customers and one specialist. We also bought a laptop the other day and it was a quick painless process

Big fan of Costco. Upon entering with my huge "restock the pantry/fridge list", I suddenly become a hunter gatherer, searching in the great wild beyond for elusive goods, stocking up for hibernation. While the stock changes frequently and it can be difficult to find anything you really enjoyed available again, however I still appreciate the value. Food samples are an added bonus. By the time we leave Costco we've practically consumed an entire meal from their delish sample offerings. I appreciate the fact that they have solar roofing. They treat and pay their workers well who are helpful and greet you warmly. There is adequate disabled parking and other parking. They now take more forms of payment (like Visa) than they did previously which makes it more convenient.

2/11/23 A quick pit-stop, restroom for hubby's & a window shop for me! Windy today at this location, clear blue skies & white puffy clouds-loving it!It's wild & busy coz it's a Saturday but the lines are moving pretty quickly. Took advantage of the time while hubby was draining the lizard (LoL, sometimes I think it's funny how he says these idioms). Going into Costco is like an adventure & discovery. Ya never know what you need until you go in--dangerous combination! So bring a list! Before I could do some damage & actually purchase anything, hubby was saying, "Alright! Gotta go!!"Back to our trip!

Since the food court has been decimated by ungodly forces, I definitely canceled my membership. Ilove a few items from here, but i leave it for my friends/family to grab and share memberships. Since it doesnt make sense to have on with a household of 3 or less people with their quantity sizes. The food court definitely made all the difference for $60 a year. Lol.

Lived here a few years. It's nice having a Costco that isn't super crowded all the time. But that's probably where the positives end. Have had multiple problems with employees here. Not accepting valid ID for alcohol purchases. And there's a very big guy that works in the food court that was incredibly rude for no reason. Went to the window to ask about a pizza I had called in. (1st time ever calling in). I said "Hi I called in a Pizza-" Then he cut me off mid-sentence and decided to make a snarky comment "Well you know you have pay for it right?" then walked off. Also I didn't have membership renewed one time and needed to buy alcohol (you don't need a Costco membership to buy alcohol in CA.) Was told I need to get a slip from the help desk to checkout with. The lady at the desk was incredibly rude and kept trying to tell me I shouldn't be doing this and instead just buy a membership right now. Told her I didn't need one now because my gf has one (that seemed to offend her).

Slowest laziest service I've had since the last time I was at a Costco tire center, the $10 you save on a car battery is not worth the hour of your time they waste. Just go to autozone.
