I am amazed that there’s an amazing program for senior cats… if you foster a senior cat, ASAP provides food & vet care for them. “I have been going through issues with Uber as I have been driving with them for the past year. As of the annual background check, 2 issues were found, one over 20 years and the other 30 years ago.These issues have prevented me from driving with uber and applying to Lyft. On July the 6th, I went to 2 different courts to get the clearance documents.I then uploaded these cleared documents to Checkr and to Uber, which now puts me in another waiting period. I called Janet M of the BBB of the Tri-Counties who assisted me before with a different issue.She was gracious enough to give me this insight on the best way to approach this stressful situation and I thank her for it. She made my experience with this A LOT easier.Janet has helped me again to write a COMPLAINT against Uber so they can change their PROCESS to be more helpful. I highly recommend ANYONE who has ANY issue with ANY company to reach out to the BBB of the Tri-Counties.”
