  ATMs are non-functional more than half the times I try to use them. It has been this way for months.

  Went in to open an account with a set time, as you need appointment. Had to wait over 30 minutes for the schedule appointment.

  Visited this branch and had an amazing experience!!! Everyone was really friendly and helpful. They were busy and booked for the day but Jenn found a way to squeeze me in and get my business checking account set up. She was helpful, organized, and very knowledgeable about the different products and services. Thank you Jenn!!!
