I wanted to say a huge thank you to Casey. My daughter is a student at UCSB and her car started to have issues on Saturday. She was trying to drive back to her apartment when it stopped on a busy street in the turn lane and she could not get it moving. Casey stopped and kindly offered his assistance. He helped calm down my daughter, got the car started again and offered that she follow him a few blocks to his garage so that we could get the car off the road. He offered a loaner vehicle and promised to look at it as soon as he opened on Monday. He did as promised, found the issue, ordered and installed the part and got the car back to her on Tuesday. His pricing was also extremely good - I expected to pay a lot more! We will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend Casey to anyone who needs work on their car.

I've gotten my smog check here and it was pretty easy. I thought i would go back to get some work done on my car because i was having car trouble that day. My alternator belt got dislodged off the wheels and we found a dead mouse at the bottom of my engine bay. They quoted me to put the belt back on the alternator and i said great. I went to pick up my car and i was still having problems turning on my car even though the belt was fixed. I asked the older guy about my car not starting up properly and he just shrugged and told me " i don't know". I was so fed up at this point i left and open my hood one more time to see what the issue was. I popped the engine cover off and found the nest of the mouse and a wire chewed out. I also noticed that while they were fixing my belt for my alternator, they didn't remove the dead mouse from my car! Needless to say I don't think I'll ever go back to this place due to poor customer service.

This place is GREAT! I called ahead to see how long the wait would be for a Smog and was alerted to the best time to come in. Waited less than 15 minutes for the entire process. Was so quick and easy, I brought my wife's car back a week later and had the exact same experience! This is the best place in Santa Barbara for a Smog check.

Not sure about this place . I got my car in and suddenly the car failed and the check-engine light was. I had just had a major service done so I did not trust the results. I left had my mechanic clear the falts and past at another smog place. Seams fishy plus tge guy was supper defensive.
