We are so happy with the excellent service we received at the Goleta Carpeteria location when we needed two pieces of bound carpeting. Arda and Jim were friendly and helpful, and we left feeling happy and in good hands. The carpet was ready ahead of the promised time, and Arda arranged for delivery within 20 minutes of her call when I told her we needed to leave the house. Jaime was cheerful and helpful when he delivered. We couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the work, and with the great people who helped us. Thank you!

I can't express how pleased I am with the whole experience of working with this company. My fiance and I literally walked in last week, we chose a carpet, got a quote and a few days later that same week, Bruce was at my house measuring our bedroom. 6 days later my carpet was installed!!! Bruce made the process easy, the guy who installed my carpet was on time and very quick, friendly, and efficient!!!

Price and product fit our budget. Sales people very courteous and helpful. Bought at Carpeteria 30 years ago satisfied then and now. Installers were timely and left installation neat. Moved and returned all furniture in the correct place, Dave and Patty Kistler.

We went to a couple high-end carpet installation stored and found that the price varied a lot. We tried Carpeteria and met Craig, he was knowledgeable, there were lots of samples! ...And we talked about the installation process. My wife found three or four samplesthat we liked. Craig came by the house 3 days later and we laid out the samples and were able to envision the carpet. Overall, good pricing, great installation, great quality products, you definitely get what you pay for! We would use Carpeteria again.

We loved our experience w/ Carpeteria! We were scrambling for LVP flooring for our remodel, but needed something at a good price. We walked in and they had some great stuff in stock. They worked with us for transitions and other pieces we needed. The flooring (contractor installed) looks great and is super durable and easy to clean. They were even kind enough to consider a return of excess flooring after the normally allowed timeframe! Overall, super friendly and helpful people.

At last: my eight month journey through flooring is complete. 8 months. Having no experience embarking on a 'complete-new-flooring-adventure', I became the Nightmare Customer. You know the kind. The customer who calls and emails several times a week with questions. The customer who gets upset and needs to be diffused. The customer Who.Just.Keeps.Changing.Her.Mind. Yep. That's me. For the record, Avo from Carpeteria is an absolutely patient, wonderful human being and a fantastic salesperson with amazing customer service. Onto the story! Initially, I worked by phone with the salesman Bruce, while I was relocating from the bay area. He was very kind and helpful. I told him I was interested in replacing the carpet in the living room with vinyl and replacing the carpet in the bedrooms with new carpet. While he could have happily said nothing when I insisted on buying flooring I saw ONLY online, he did not. He resolutely advised me to go to the nearest Carpeteria and see the flooring for myself. Great advise. Carpet/flooring lesson 101: CHECK OUT THE PRODUCT IN PERSON FIRST. Perfect. I did so, and happy I did because I didn't like my online selection. ICarpet/flooring Lesson 102, you will find that pricing fluctuates dramatically based on your selections (what material/material in material: carpet, vinyl, laminate, tile. What type of baseboard and size). The "wood" at carpet one is engineered= glued together. My final selection, Jackson Hill Plank in Pond Hill color by ResTile Invincible H20 is a vinyl plank that looks nothing like it does online. I love it. Bruce even brought samples to my place so I could match it with other items. Pros with Invincible H20 vinyl planking: lifetime warranty, waterproof, kid and animal friendly. Cons: Price. Of course I chose the least budget-friendly option, I say shaking my head at myself. Regardless, I LOVE THIS FLOOR. It looks like wood- each plank is different with unique colors. At the time I made my selections, I chose carpet for the bedrooms. My 3 month delay from construction until August/September: Sergio and his crew installed the planking in two days. They were very thorough and got the job done. The carpet came next. I was very disappointed with the carpet situation. I wanted to feel plushiness so I paid extra for an extra thick foam padding underneath the carpet [*side note- the padding does soften over time...I just didn't know that]. As soon as I took one look at the installed product and put one foot on it, I was devastated. Now, I could sugar coat this review and make it sound like I was really understanding....but why lie? Essentially, I threw an adult tantrum. I can't remember if I called or emailed the store about my supreme disappointment, but next thing you know, Avo came to my house to discuss options. Avo diffused my heightened emotional state with calm, kindness, patience, and understanding. Carpet One has "The Beautiful Guarantee" which means if you're not happy, they will replace it for free. After considering options, I decided to order Jackson planking for the rest of the house for consistency. Plus, I have a tendency of choosing products that get discontinued, so if I changed my mind in the future, I might not be able to match my planks. Carpet One has different carpet warranties (5-25 years depending on type). My vinyl planking has a lifetime warranty (so long as I live here). My place was getting remodeled so redoing the floors in the bedroom had to wait. Avo was very understanding and permitted my several delays. Several. (3 months delay for living room and kitchen, 3 month delay to re-do bedrooms). Well, Avo told me when he had come to my house that I could keep the carpet until they replaced it. I didn't think it would grow on me. Until winter in Santa Barbara reminded me how cold vinyl planking can be. Dilemma dilemma. Finally, a solution. I asked Avo if he could use the carpet from the bedrooms to make two large rugs and three small rugs. He agreed, for a fair price. Sergio came on 12/22 and insta

Carpeteria installed my wtw carpeting 3 years ago. I was very happy with the carpet quality, service and installation. I recently had to replace the carpet in one room and hallway. Again, very pleased with the results. Pedro and his partner did a fantastic job installing the carpet. He also cleaned a spot in another area free of charge. Bruce was my rep on both jobs. Professional. Capable. I would recommend him for any carpet project you have.

The staff was very professional and provided outstanding customer service throughout the entire process. Bruce was very helpful and informative. The company has a great selection of products and reasonable prices. The carpet we selected is extremely high quality and exceeded our expectations. The installers did a great job and were ahead of schedule. I can not say enough good things about our experience.

Our first experience was a negative one. The lady who talked to us kept gearing us toward the cheapest products and telling us that whatever else we tried to look at was too expensive for us. We went back a week later and got much better service. Bruce came to our place for measurements, then he gave us a quote over the phone on a timely manner. The job got done in half the time we had been told. The workers did a perfect job and wore face coverings at all times. We're very happy with their work on our staircase.

We recently bought a Karistan area rug at Carpeteria, and we were very happy with the friendly service provided by Arda and Gary as well as the prices and selection. We plan to come back and buy another rug from them in the near future.

In store service was excellent but when asked to keep the samples for 1 extra day because my husband was out of town for final selection, he came to the house, picked up the samples & we never heard from them again. Rude on the phone. He missed making a big sale. We went to Curtis Caret in Santa Barbara which I highly recommend. Carpinteria is the usual chain store. Smart aleck kid
