Alvaro quickly found me exactly what I needed. Probably coulda found it online myself, but I wouldn't have thought to on account of I had a hunch the store might have it. It didn't, but Alvaro set me up exactly what I needed fast and friendly.

It was pretty good, kinda weird that they didn't have any registers open. I had to pay at the customer service desk, which was also not the actual customer service desk, but half of the Geek Squad kiosk. They had what I needed though, so I'm not complaining.

You now have to get on a list to get help from someone, even when you are the only customer in the store. Painfully slow help when you get it. This place went downhill big time.

I bought a "universal" power adapter that actually wasn't universal. I asked an employee if this would work with what I had, he said he wasn't sure, but if not it's easy to return. I tried to return and they wouldn't accept due to this being past the 15 day return rule that is listed in fine print on their receipt. I was hesitant about coming here in the first place, but now for sure I'll never be back. It's actually suprising they're even still in business at all...

ZAGG is a trash ass company 30min wait for customer service for a simple replacement screen that the claim is lifetime warranty yet good luck tryin to find a store to replace it.
