The whole process took less than 20 minutes and they were kind enough to put air in our tires. We passed the smog check and paid the $65 which I think is fair. “Man, these guys were a God-send to me when I was doing badly, was homeless toward the end of the pandemic and had a severely limited budget and needed help. I had tried everything to get the used Mercedes I stupidly picked up from a shiesty swindler near Pioneertown who didn’t tell me various things about it ; I couldn’t get it to pass smog so I could register it and “EVEN PUT LICENSE PLATES ON IT” …. Well, I couldn’t figure it out to get the system to run one of the last little readiness checks so the check engine light wouldn’t come on and I could just move on….. well safe to say I had reached my personal DIY limit.
The guys at Eric Krebs not only blessed me by helping the budget I had stretch into the cost of the repair, but they called me one day down the line after I dropped it off to them; “Got it to pass!”

“Classic collision is a high-end body shop that used to be family owned and run with many decades of A+ experience and customer service in our area. A short while ago, the family sold the business to private equity. Fortunately, they remain involved in the day to day.
As we have seen extensively in America, and originally in the UK, Private equity has bought out small businesses across many many industries. They implement strict cost cutting measures, raise prices, and work hard to create local monopolies to extract additional profit. Caliber collision is anothrt example of this happening in Santa Barbara.
We had a small driveway collision, that resulted in a $16,000 bill to State Farm. Clearly, they have been successful in raising prices and extracting maximum value.
While the efforts took 6 weeks to complete, a bit longer than they originally estimated, I'm happy to report that the work was done. Superbly! The vehicle looks brand new, which it is with only 4,000 miles.
The staff went above and beyond to be helpful, friendly, and courteous. I highly recommend bringing your car to them if you want the best possible result.”
