I did a walk in for my headlights and they were willing to take me in right there so that I wasn't driving at night with no light and they completed the job very quickly. While I was there they checked my battery and found out it also needed to be replaced (because the alternator wasn't charging it). “In 2020 I bought a bakflip tonneau cover on Steve's recommendation. I could have purchased it on line but decided to buy local at Santa Barbara Auto Truck Accessories. I have been happy with the Bakflip MX4. I noticed the rubber between the first and second panel starting to crack. I showed it to Steve. He took pictures and dealt with Bakflip and got a replacement cover in just over a week. If I had to try to get a replacement myself I don't think it would have been easy or with the same results. I am glad now that I bought local and from Santa Barbara Auto Truck Accessories. Thank you Steve”
