Typically, I've always had great service when I have come to America's Tire. This latest visit, however, makes me question whether or not I ever want to do business at America's Tire anymore. I went in for a new set of tires. Salesman who helped me out, I believe it was Omar, was great he was very friendly and knowledgeable. Showed me some different options, and we decided on a set of tires that I was very happy with. He told me it would be about an hour to get done, which I was fine with, as I had some work that I brought with me. A little more than an hour later, I noticed that they were just pulling my car in. Okay, I thought maybe something got delayed. Not a big deal.
Well, about 10 minutes after they pulled my car in, I was approached by the store manager, JR, who informed me that there was an "inventory issue" and they did not have a complete set of the tires that I had purchased. I asked JR what we could do about this. He started to become extremely condescending the way he was speaking to me. JR told me I've got two choices. I could either put on a different set that were in stock, only they are $15 more per tire, so I'd have to pay an additional $60 on top of my original purchase, or they will put my old tires back on and they could order me a set of the tires I had already bought and come back the next day.
At this point, I was a bit frustrated, having been there almost an hour and a half and then being talked down to by the manager! I told JR I would just like a complete refund and please put my old tires back on.
While waiting for my car, I overheard the way the manager, JR, was talking to his employees. The way he was belittling them, I was astonished how this man ended up in a manager position.
Now, reading some other reviews, it appears this is a common issue with the "store manager" JR. Like one of the previous reviewers stated, "Ownership should do a thorough evaluation of who is representing their company."

I went to buy a new set of tires the other day and the customer service was tip top. From the guys in the office juggling multiple customers yet at the same time making sure each person got the attention they deserved to the guys in the garage that work like a well oiled machine. It was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone looking for quality tires. The price point was totally fair and the work was on point

Nice to go to a shop that has great and helpful customer service.
I was staying in Goleta for a few days on vacation. I noticed that I was losing tire pressure and found a nail in the passenger side rear tire when I stopped for gas in Santa Maria. The Costco tire center wouldn't repair it even though I bought the tires from Costco and they still had 2 hours before closing. I came here at 8AM the next day and they did the repair right away.

Saved my vacation, this is a great place to take your vehicles.
Highly Recommend.

If you want to be disrespected by the manager then come buy your tires here. He was incapable of taking accountability for their mistakes as well clearly had no intentions of trying to help sort out the problem at hand. Ownership should do a thorough evaluation of who is representing their company.

Really impressed with the service I received at America’s Tire. I had a nail in the tire and it was repaired for no charge, a fist bump covered it! Scott was very professional and a pleasure to deal with and I’d highly recommend America’s Tire on Fairview.

Nobody likes to get tires... but they made the process painless. I especially liked getting progress texts as our car was nearing completion. Highly recommend them!

They refused to rotate the new tires that i bought from them only 3 monts ago. Their excuse was that the rear tires were worn out. They wanted to sell me new tires. Will not go back.

I’ve been a customer three times now T this America’s Tire of Goleta and always have a stellar experience. The guys at the desk are knowledgeable, friendly and willing to answer questions—particularly for those of us who are clueless about these sort of things. This time around, Ivan and Kyle were fantastic! I was returning a leased Tesla Model 3 and required four new tires per the ‘wear and tear’ inspection results. I ended up saving $600 for four identical tires compared to at Tesla’s shop. Thanks again! Until next time.

I had a great experience here. I find that America's Tire has some of the best customer service in town. Unexpectedly, my car told me a tire had 3 psi. I called America's Tire and they gave me the best advice. 30 minutes later, I was on my way home. Kyle ordered my tires, got me a AAA discount, and bright and early a morning later I'm getting 4 new tires. The flat was just barely covered by their warranty. I suspect it was debris and the huge pot holes we have all over town. Thank you Kyle for getting me the best tires for the best price. Much appreciated ? To the manager there; you should get lifts for the keyboard and monitors for your employees. It pains me to see them all bent over. Ergonomics are important.

Good customer service and fair price. They do try to upsell you quite a bit but nothing aggressive.
