The person who helped me with my fingerprinting, Jeanne, Was super friendly, explained everything to me, and was very patient as my fingerprints wouldn’t take, and she had to keep doing it over and over. She was welcoming every person into the store, people by name, and answering peoples questions while also helping me :-)”

“Today I experienced excellent customer service at this location. The employee's name is Ryan and he greeted me as I walked in. I was not there as a 'regular' customer. I went in to return a medical device in a pre-paid shipping box and had no intention to purchase anything. I mentioned that one of the monitors I was returning was still 'beeping' (couldn't get it to stop) Ryan patiently re-opened the box and was able to stop the beeping. Several people had entered the store after me so it was starting to get busy. He treated me like I was a regular, paying customer and gave me a return receipt. I experience service like this once in a while but, sorry to say, lots of businesses don't understand true customer service. I thought this was important enough to recognize Ryan and hopefully UPS management will also recognize him for the exemplary employee that he is.”

Never acted like he was in a rush to get somewhere else. Not only did he repair my copier, he also spent time showing me how to save time when I am scanning something to a client. “Update: The owner of this UPS store personally called me after I posted reviews and filed a complaint with UPS. She was AWESOME. She was very helpful, empathetic, and went the extra mile to help locate my package. She filed a tracer and UPS found my package and got it eventually to its destination, given many days late. For that, I have updated my review to a 4. Committed owner, hopefully that commitment can permeate to the store’s managers and staff.
Original Post: This store has among the worst customer service I have ever seen, I do not recommend. A lot of these other reviews appear to be fake and paid for by the owner. There are many other stores in the area, all of which I’m certain would be better. I paid $100 for 2 day shipping, a week later the package still had not arrived. I called UPS customer service and they referred me to a UPS Store. I went in to a UPS Store (a closer store) and they referred me to the originating store (this location). This location told me that UPS Customer Service, the other UPS Store, and the internet lied, and they could not help because “they are just a franchise.” This was after waiting on hold for 15 minutes and getting bounced between three people all who were rude, had no accountability, and seemed to know nothing about tracking a package - a basic ask for UPS.”
“My business is located in the same complex as Navis and we use them all the time for larger goods. They are great to work with, and do an awesome job creating goods.
They have treated wood and the stamp which is required for a lot of European countries.”

“I would give them 10 stars if I could. Every time I go there, they are so helpful and caring. They mail fedx and ups packages, and I would use them over any other feds or ups store. Other ups wanted to charge me $4.30 to print the ups label to send back to sender- what a rip off. Thank you so much for your sweet and generous service!”

“4/3/24- I am not from here and needed to send a package out. I used to shop at Stapels until it closed in my area.
I walked in and was greeted. I like to look around before asking for help. When I did not find the items I was looking for I ran into Darryl who offered me assistance.
I said yes and went over my list. Darryl took the time to show me around the store to get my shopping done. He also went over the promotions and told me about other ways to save money.
Darryl did not seem bothered with my questions and he didn't make me feel like I was a burden.
I hope management will recognize Darryl for his great customer service. If you're a local I encourage you to stop by and ask for Darryl if you need help.”

“I always go to Staples and use the print center to print and laminate for work. I was on a time crunch today, tried the normal location I usually go to and, unfortunately they were too busy. I came to this location and the guy who helped me was very nice and told me he could get the job done by end of day. I called a little over an hour before close and was told the job wasn't even started and that they had 24 hrs to finish the job. I explained that is not what was told to me at the time of placing the order earlier that day. Jacob on the phone made it right and told me I could come in and they would get it done by close. I came in and Isaiah was working very hard to get my order done. He was working very hard, what looked like, by himself. I appreciate him for working hard and get my order done!”

This locations staff are always super nice, patient, overall just decent people, unlike the El Camino location that seems to make up there own rules about packages from Amazon. I will go there and the runaround and rudeness and then come to this one and not have one single issue.
