I arrived at the store, 20 minutes before closing time and I was told at the front door that they were closed 20 minutes before closing time that says 6 PM. I feel like I was racially profiled.

If I could give a zero rating I would!!! I placed an online order to be delivered between 11 and 12, it did nor get here till 2:30.. no call from the store, nothing about it being late. When I called the store at 1 o'clock I was told my order had left 15 min ago, called back at two o'clock and was told it left 30 minutes ago. Spoke to manager, he said sorry we were busy!! Terrible customer service, no consideration of others time.

Kevin at the self check out station couldn't be more miserable working there. Please encourage him to find a new position within your company where he can find happiness. Every. Single. Time. The cycle repeats. I stand there, sometimes up to 10 minutes, looking around for help because he wanders around from check out to check out talking to people, then over to the customer service station, then over to the hand carts, then over to more people, meanwhile I am staring at him with my light blinking reflecting on how I've defeated the purpose of speedy self checkout. When he finally does make eye contact he intentionally stops off at a few more places and then snarks at you like a catty brat. He's older than me, and acts like an absolute child, I have no idea what I've done to this man or if he treats everyone this way. He doesn't want to help, he wants to be the cool guy at work I would venture to guess he gets all his life's thrills through spreading hot gossip. I never shop in a hurry, I am a exceedingly patient person but his insistence to waste my time in this spectacular fashion is my limit. You don't have to ruin everyone's day because you are unhappy, Kevin, and honestly I wouldn't have known this wasn't normal behavior had your coworker not walked over and changed my entire perspective on your rudeness.

My grandson's doctor called in a urgent prescription for him.I came by to get it and the pharmacy tech just looked at me casually said we don't have it in stock.Should be here by Monday or so.I was perturbed to say the least and asked him why they didn't tell the doctors office he didn't have it.Answer was unbelievable! "They didn't ask".In other "words we really don't care"!I will never step foot in a Belair/Raleys store again.The actions of your employees tell me all I need to know about this organization.I've been a Gold River resident for 34 years and I've had mixed experiences.However, this border on criminal!

This is my favorite grocery store. Their are many grocery stores closer to my home but Gold river Bel-Air is the best. Everything is easy to find the employees are super helpful. If i can't find something they go on there phone to see if they have item. Clean, good food and coffee. I will continue visiting this store and i will definitely recommend to all my friends and my employees. Thank you.

There are many expired products and in many occasions I have bought a product that was expired in a day. Some of the produce are almost always bad. My worst experience is with watermelons which is almost always bad. I think probably it’s the way they are delivered to the store and it seems like they are exposed to extreme heat.

When I first moved here I greatly enjoyed coming to shop here. Everyone was friendly and the sales were very straight forward. Since then they have started making some of the deals only accessible through the app, shopping here has become far less enjoyable. There’s always something that doesn’t ring up correctly or something. It’s just created more work for the customer.

I go to this Bel Air as a treat to myself. Their service is fantastic and I love the checkouts. I love buying salmon here because if they don't have the right size pieces, they will cut them for you. I can buy specialty items here as well. This store is definitely in my rotation for buying food. I also shop at Safeway, Trader Joe's, Target, and Viva. I generally know which place has the best deals for what I want. Bel Air never disappoints.

This store has gone down hill over the years. We have been shopping here over 20+ years. Produce is lacking or past it's prime. They had burger meat out that was two weeks past expiration. I called customer service and asked for a callback but no one ever reached out. That's how much they care about their customers.

Bakery quality varies from good to bad. You don’t want to buy the packaged items from their central kitchen, they’re tasteless, and barely eatable. The cakes baked at the store are much better.

I called to ask if the had product the guy who answered the phone said the guys a lunch that runs that dept he'll be back in 45 min. And he said he doesn't have enough people to look for item. So I called Safeway and they check had product so now I'm spending my 300 bucks at Safeway!!!

Customer service is lacking. How about a check out stand open. No I am not going to do it myself, I do not get a discount or a Christmas bonus from you so service your clientele.
