Excellent store, convenient location, they always have what I need in stock. Prices are significantly higher than Walmart, for example, but you pay for the convenience of a smaller store that doesn’t take forever to get through, and in my case, it’s close to home. Quality of their items and brands is excellent as well. Clientele is good. Employees are very friendly and respectful.

Used to love this store, the staff is wonderful.
It’s just hard to spend my hard earned money on so little. Tired of addicts/thieves freely walking out with whatever they want. It’s sickening.

The lady at the bakery was very kind. The cupcake of the week was spectacular and I was actually going to take my son to crumble cookies but he wanted a donut instead and stilll got two for the price of 1 with the cookies they have that are made just like crumble and are delicious . Didn’t get a chance to take a pic but for dessert lovers this is a must check out

Don’t shop here. Tender workers can’t handle the truth. Ditzy workers don’t care about your money. Jerk manager makes a dig at a competitor to insult me, classy. Super professional.
Drive where your money is valued. The consumer needs to tell these businesses who keeps the lights on. Their stuff is over priced anyway. Like Kevin said, take your money somewhere else.

Self served sell by pounds chinese food.
I think it's really overpriced. I'm a Raleys/Belair truck driver, and I normally buy the Chinese food 2 entrée on my lunch break but not in this location. They tried to charge me $25 for chowmein and 2 entrée. This place is a joke!

It is an upmarket grocery store located in Gold River, so it's a nice neighborhood. As a result, they have fresh shrimp and fresh lobster, extensive ready-made foods and a bakery. They also have one of the best selections of specialty cheeses I've ever seen in a grocery store! Prices are kind of high, but the service is friendly and excellent!

Kimberly is my granddaughter I loved reading the review about her. She has always been helpful to others and a very hard worker. We are all proud of her. Thank you for sharing. We shop at Bel Air Kimberly shops there also. She had customers follow her from In-N-Out to Bel Air.

Omg! I ran into my twin lol! Her name is Kimberly and I remember when she worked in the Deli back in 2006. It’s so good to see a company that even prior employees come back to! She has such a great smile and she was the best in customer service. I shop there regularly and besides her helping me I would see her help out other shoppers and especially the elderly when it came to getting items off the shelves for them. She definitely needs to come back to Bel Air as an employee again! It was really good to see her again even if it was as a customer. She just reminded me that even through all these years people like her are rare and she is very memorable! Welcome back Kimberly you surely have been missed!

I have never been to a store, where the supervisor, aka very experienced clerk was so unprofessional. In the deli I was ordering a sandwich and from the start what do you want? so rude I thought! Then explaining the sandwich I wanted to order the reply without even checking we don’t have that bread as I clearly pointed at it horrible.

This a good size store. They have a great sandwich area with lots of help. I was there to pick up a few items. It was very busy. The employee's were very helpful. Found everything quickly. There was a small line at checkout. But, moved quickly.
