I belive my technician was Maria. She had such wonderful bedside manner and was patient with me. I barely even felt the needle go in on the blood draw.

Walk-ins are largely ignored and given very low priority. Even though they can serve six people at a time, they reduce the number of people being served and wait for appointment customers to check in. At most, one walk-in customer is served every 90 minutes, and even that is rare. This location does not encourage walk-ins and fails to recognize the urgency and critical needs of people.

Worst stuff and don’t allow the walk-ins when they don’t have any appointments at the time
And we are in the line at 2pm and didn’t say we won’t allow walk-ins after 3:30 PM , and we are 1st in the queue and didn’t said anything and didn’t call us until they closed , wasted almost 2 hours sitting in the lobby

This is one of the worst locations in gold river. Need to drop a specimen, you have to check in and wait, your specimen needs to be frozen or refrigerated, they don't care. Horrible customer service. I really hope my Dr office realizes how horrible they are and contracts with another vendor

Requested an appointment, paid it and scheduled the day and time on line. Came to the clinic a few minutes earlier and got in and out in 15 minute! Couldn't be any better!

ALL AI -stay away and take your business elsewhere. Extremely difficult to use services with ZERO FLEXIBILITY. Customer service is gone all in the name of the Profit.

Bunch of idiots working here, anytime you are provided a container for stool sample collection, nothing is explained correctly. You take time off of work, schedule an appointment, bring the sample in and they go to their screens and just turn to you with a dumb face and say "you did it wrong," well thank you for explaining things thoroughly for me to do it right in the first place. Anytime you need to do a stool test, ask all questions and dig for information, they will not tell you anything! That's how caring our healthcare system is.

Had really bad experiences with this place, it actually heavily influenced me changing doctors, to ucdavis, so I wouldn’t have to go to an outside place for blood tests. If you don’t get a 7:00 am appointment, you’ll be waiting no matter how busy they are. The tech that took my sample could not find a vein and repeatedly jabbed me and expressed visual and verbal frustration, which made me nervous. A new tech came in and got it on the first try. The results used to take days, especially if done on a Thursday or Friday, I switched to Davis and would get results in a few hours.
