This store is the worst. The person that finally answered phone didn't acknowledge they were a Metro store I had to ask, also their in store computer system has been Down for 4 days with an employee telling me they have no idea when it might be fixed and that nobody has came there to even fix it since it went down! Worst customer service by owner, period!!

Kevin is so professional and helpful! He helped me and was very knowledgeable about the promotions and phone plans. He is definitely somebody you can count on to help you at this location! The staff here have definitely improved over my past experiences ?

Disgusting workers don’t want to work, they don’t want to, we need to help get everyone out there, because they don’t want to work. I sat in line for 2 hours, waiting while he talked on the phone with some friend of his.

Leo really went out of his way to help me! He knew right away how to fix the issue. I had a weird phone problem that required a customer service phone call. Leo made the call on my behalf.I felt Leo could have easily told me that I had to contact customer service myself and he went out of his way to correct the problem.Thank you Leo!Great customer service and kind man.

The employees here are sketchy. I called to find an iPhone at 5:30 PM and they told me even though they had one that they were getting ready to close. It was a really weird experience.

They close the door at 7pm but if you reach there 6:30, 6:45, the register is already closed. So, this last 30 minutes are for nothing ??♂️

Went to this store yesterday to transfer my sim card to a new phone. What a mistake. Do not hand your phone to these people.After transferring the sim card, they discovered the new phone wasn't able to make or receive calls. MARIANA told me that my phone was locked by t mobile and stated that they could neither put my sim card back in my old phone nor could they refund me the $35 they charged because there was no way for them to tell my phone was locked. She told me I needed to try to have t mobile unlock it before they would put my sim card back for me.Okay. So I go to the t mobile store. Except they tell me that the phone has never been with t mobile and it's clearly a verizon phone. Okay. So I contact verizon and ask them to unlock it. EXCEPT THEY TELL ME THAT IT WAS NEVER LOCKED IN THE FIRST PLACE.So I contact metro and you know what they tell me? That the phone might just be incompatible. Just is. No rhyme, reason, or explanation for it.When I explained that the store had refused to immediately put the sim cardback upon realizing that the phone didnt work, the call center agent told me that definitely was not policy.I've never had a store experience that made me want to switch carriers before yesterday. I am so disappointed in the staff at this location.

Angel the cust serv rep was great. However the long 85 minute wait was just ridiculous. These places need 2 employees.
