I visited during normal hours, but every time I go, it is closed. I'm not sure if this place is open or closed. Also, I made a reservation via email, but I haven't received any response.

INCREDIBLY DISHONEST, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They quoted a broken window repair at $1,700. They manually entered values into their quote, such as 3+ hours for glass cleanup, when there is photo proof of there being less than 15 shards of glass that landed inside. They sneakily added several hours of work to "fix front door handle and lock" when the only damage was to a rear window. They did all this because the car was insured so they could get away with it, as the charge went through the insurance. But it is INCREDIBLY DISHONEST, UNETHICAL, AND EXPLOITATIVE. DO NOT GO!

I have been taking my vehicle to Gold River Auto for years. Max and Renton are honest, extremely helpful, and do great work! I always know I can trust them to tell me what the problem is and to service my car in a timely manner. Gold River Auto stands behind their work - I recently took my car in due to a shaky steering wheel and found out that the rotors needed to be replaced. Although it was slightly outside of the warranty period, Max took care of me and replaced the rotors free of charge. I can't say enough good things about this business and have recommended them to everyone I know.
