“What a great place. I actually shopped here several years ago and now I had items to consign. Steve made an offer on all of the small things and it was very fair. He also was interested in consigning some furniture that I had. I didn't have a way to bring them in, so his staff came out in the company truck. They loaded all 7 pieces, they worked so hard and never stopped for 2 hours straight. Super friendly staff in the store also, Roxanne was a delight! What a wonderful hidden gem of a shop. Lots of unique items and collectibles. Thank You Steve!!”

I stopped in the Madison store to talk about it and the lady (Susan) there fixed me right up for an exchange. Very helpful! Hoping the new mattress matches up better. “I had been looking for an Italian sofa for a while but always hesitated to order till I found furnitalia. The reviews seem too good to be true.. so, I drove from hHayward to Sacramento to see the show room... It was amazing and not only did they have furniture, but they also do amazing remodeling. I bought the sofa in the picture attached which Dmitriy and Eugene delivered personally because they were going to also survey my kitchen for a potential remodel. I have to say that this is a small business and the service is amazing. Looking forward to doing more projects with them in my new house. Oh... and the prices are significantly reasonable for the extremely great quality they offer.Katya helped me with the sofa - She was Spectacular and kept it real.”

“Yesterday, (May 19, 2024) took my first visit to Bob’s as I was in the market for a chest of drawers. Normally I’m skeptical of big box furniture stores given past experiences and was defensive walking in. This quickly faded as a very helpful, and not at all pushy sales rep named Rich ended up assisting me and I soon found out the entire staff was as warm and helpful as Rich! I was later introduced to Nicole and she was just as warm and welcoming as Rich and wanted to make sure I found what I was looking for and was happy with the process. The store was expansive, as was the selection. The prices were surprisingly low as furniture goes. It was clean and bright and easy to shop in. I ended up finding what I was looking for and the transaction process was easy and wireless (they accept Apple Pay!). I’ve never recommended a furniture store or written a post for one, but if you’re looking, give them a try and they may change your mind about big box furniture stores like they did mine!”

“I have owned five waterbeds in my lifetime. For many years had two set up in my home. In 1995, I moved and got rid of my furniture. Later, I moved and had to get a couple of regular mattresses. They were expensive. I actually got to check them out at the store. They were ordered and took a while to get. They were a disappointment and were like sleeping on the floor. They weren't good at replicating regular mattresses and it wasn't a discount store! For a few years I tried to find another waterbed, but it was impossible to find one. Finally, I found La Brie's Sleep Center in Citrus Heights/Sacramento. As soon as possible, I went down to La Brie's to check it out. Pete was amazing and his store had waterbeds set up on display! I wanted just a regular queen-size waterbed, and ordered a beautiful wood frame, regular waterbed, like a "model" that was on the floor. Meanwhile, Pete had ordered another display model and offered me the floor model for a very nice discount. I jumped on it because that meant I could have my bed immediately. I lived over an hour away, so I rented a van and came and got the bed. Now mind you, other than the first set up when my beds were new, I had always set up the beds myself, many times. This time though, I had trouble because of the tight space I was working in. Pete had offered to give me the name of an installer which I got at that time. The guy had surgery, so his son came and set it up within the week. They were as pleasant and professional as could be. They were filling the bed within a half hour. They offered to stay and finish up, but I let them go home. It was Friday! It cost a lot less than I had expected! Very reasonable! Totally pleased with their service. I absolutely love my waterbed! It's been a year since my purchase, and I could not have bought a more comfortable bed. It is easy to figure out the water level and heat setting if you haven't done it before. And you can always adjust a waterbed mattress, unlike a regular mattress. There are other types of waterbed mattresses, and I'm sure Pete can get those if that's what you prefer. I just like the regular mattresses. Pete knows everything there is about waterbeds and sells all the accessories. I asked him enough questions. The way other online companies described their waterbeds was confusing to me, and I was afraid to order anything. That's why it took me so long to make my purchase. It is better to come in person and see the beds.”

I have shopped at several mattress firm stores with different family members to purchase mattresses, I have always gotten great service, however Marlon has set a new higher standard for what I will expect in the future. “Doing an updated review for this particular store and location. I’m going to start off by saying to Make sure to check EVERYTHING. Including any “new” items the store will sell you needed for your equipment. The day we picked up our equipment and took it home, we didn’t realize that the bag for the electrical cord was open. When we came back to exchange it we were then told they would not accept it because it was open. Store employee went out of his way to put the blame on us saying we opened it and accusing me of doing so and then taping the bag up. (The bag is see thru we didn’t have to open it to notice that we needed a 3 prong instead of 4) . Point is the guy was basically making us out to be stupid, and liars. It’s a 40 dollar part not a big deal , but don’t accuse us of lying or trying to make us a fool. So make sure to check your everything before taking it home . They won’t take responsibility over there things .”

“David, the owner of Heartwood Artisans, accomplished the unimaginable. We hired Dave to create a round table with a leaf that matched the wood of our preexisting furniture. Matching wood color is a difficult, almost impossible task. Dave persevered, creating his own stain that was a great match. He even provided us with a small container of the stain he created so we could touch up our "old" furniture. Dave is a great communicator and a true artist. We now have a table that will last a lifetime.”
