Since my initial negative review, First Service, at least for me, has made a complete turnaround. They have been very responsive to several recent requests about problems at the park on Greenview and the people sent to help resolve the problems couldn't have been nicer. So for me, it's now a .

Laura Young, GM for FSR-SAC at Del Webb’s The Club at Westpark, West Roseville is excellent. Since she arrived earlier this year things at The Club have gotten better.She’s action-oriented, strategic, good follow-through, listens to our residents, supports and cares for her staff, works well with the Board for the betterment of the community, and has great leadership and design qualities. She’s very insightful and budget conscious. Her transition as GM for The Club has been seamless. As residents for 10 years, we are very pleased.

I am a homeowner at heritage Solaire in west Roseville. Brittany Velazco is our HOA general manager. She is a rock star Very sweet, always responds in a timely manner I can’t imagine putting up with a bunch of old folks that have nothing better to do but complain about something. If there was a term in the dictionary that says Best HOA manager, Brittany’s picture would show up. She is the best.

Brittany Velazco has gone above and beyond as a manager. I am with Bellwether Election Solutions and we have nothing but great things to say about her and FirstService Residential. She went the extra mile to ensure Heritage Solaire met quorum. Not only did she make sure everyone was able to easily access a ballot but she dropped them off in person. She really showed she cared every step of the way. We really appreciate working with managers like Brittany and cannot wait to work with her again!

Brittany Velazco - Heritage Solaire - Roseville, CAThe reason for this post is to let you know what a pleasure it has been working with Brittany. When I chaired the Facilities Committee Brittany would attend our monthly meetings where she provided valuable information regarding the operation of the Sol Centre and the sports courts. If she didn't have an answer for us (which was rare) she would research the issue and get back to us.I appreciate Brittany's positive outlook and demeanor when dealing with difficult situations or people. She is very personable and truly seems to enjoy her job. As someone who supervised many individuals during my law enforcement career I can honestly say Brittany is someone who would be a pleasure to work with and supervise.Dave ThorntonI look forward to working with her in the future in my new position as a board member.

I contacted them more than a month ago regarding my ruined front yard by the landscaping company (several emails and phone calls). Not a single call back or follow-up. The landscaping accidentally cut down two small bushes while mowing with their ginormous machine! After almost two months, I'm going to replant them myself. HOA just SUCKS. I would give them 0 stars if I could...

The staff at Anatolia are the greatest!!! Lester Ashford, the maintenance tech, keeps this location in tip top shape. I visit there almost daily and is greeted with a warm welcome on All occasions. Thank you Anatolia!!!

I attended Mother’s dat at Whitney Ranch this year. I don't have enough words to express how happy I was with decor, food, theme, fashion show, DJ, it was just superb! Loved the idea of having horse as the theme was Kentucky derby. Really liked the idea of inviting some vendors with beautiful dresses. 360 deg pictures idea was loved by all my friends. We all had great time!

Whenever you have an issue, a concern or a complaint you can expect a DEFLECTING response! This company has absolutely no customer service experience. They will never say words like, "I'm sorry to hear that, "I'll be happy to address that." etc. They will never take ownership, even when they should. They will either ignore you or deflect the issue some where else. If you make too big of a stink, they target you and you can expect every report imaginable be made to your HOA. I HATE that my HOA uses them. If you have a choice to deal with them or not, DONT!! Save yourself the headache. Just look at their responses to other complaints. It speaks directly to what I'm saying. DEFLECT.

I called Heather to ask for a proposal for my HOA. Although we were unable to make the deal, Heather still provided advice and guidance for me days after the initial call. She gave honest feedback about other management companies and also gave me tips on what to look out for prior to signing management contracts. She was up front and honest with me about their fees and the services that they provide, which seem awesome if your association can afford them. First Service is incredibly knowledgeable and they retain their employees, which adds to the value they will provide to your community. While I couldn't personally work with them for a prolonged period of time, I genuinely enjoyed the interaction I had with Heather and appreciate her advice for my association.

UPDATE so it's been months later , the rest of the neighborhood looks better now but our streets still neglected, the only thing that has been done was another stick was added to support the tree. Literally absolutely nothing else has been done. No trimming or anything, messaged the regional manager and his response to me was saying plants grow and it's supposed to look like this....
