This is the best tennis and Pickleball store in town. I've been coming here for years buying tennis rackets, shoes, bags, balls, etc for my family. The owners Will and Jennifer have always been down to earth and helpful. When I started getting into Pickleball the staff were equally versed in this new sport. Highly recommend!

Initially I was really impressed with Courtside's pickleball demo program. I spoke with Courtside personnel prior to the 30 days and explained the situation. Today I'm returning them 2 days late ...and being charged $2. Obviously $2 is minimal but I find the charge and the customer service at Courtside extremely lacking.

Went here to grab a racket for my wife and I. Just getting back into tennis and was intimated by all the options online. Went into the store and was helped through the process of getting a racket comfortable for a beginner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Can see why this is shop was recommended.

I was most impressed with Courtside's pickle ball paddle demo program. Kevin was awesome and so knowledgeable. He listened to my reviews of the paddles I had tried and always had new paddle suggestions for me to try each and every time I went in to make an exchange. It was so worth the 25.00 to be able to demo the variety of paddles before purchasing one. I will be a continuing customer as service was top-notch! Gayle S.

I can't imagine anyone not giving them a 5 star rating. They are very knowledgeable in all equipment, shoes etc. Local merchant not a large corporate chain. They deserve our support. Great friendly service and go the extra mile. For you online shoppers they can also ship to you if you order online or by phone.

First time visiting and I met Kevin. He has incredible customer service I shared with him. I needed some new Pickleball shoes and he took the time to bring me 4 to 5 different brands to Try on and was very knowledgeable with issue. He was warm and welcoming, and I felt like the most important person in the shop. I will definitely be back to try their paddle ball demo program and any other future Pickleball needs

Just left courtside and had an incredible customer service experience with Kevin. First time visiting the shop in need of new Pickleball shoes and Kevin was able to pull 4 to 5 pairs of different shoes for me to try on, explaining each one. I felt like the most important person in the shop. I will definitely be back for any future Pickleball needs.

I very specifically asked for them to replace my bumper guard and they said they had to check with their rep to see if the one they had would fit, and they'd charge me for the labor when I pick it up. I come to pick it up, the old bumper guard is still on. They tell me they found out it WOULD fit, but for some reason they didn't install it??????? The entire reason why I restrung was because I wanted the bumper guard replaced. Their "solution" was for me to buy the bumper guard now and they would put it on NEXT TIME I restrung. I was so absolutely dumbfounded I just stood there. I could not bring myself to get into an argument with people that are so absolutely dumb I just had to leave. That's not the solution to YOU messing up.
I will not be coming back. That's like a guaranteed way to lose a customer for life. So good job. The whole point of buying a racket from a brick and mortar store is to get actual customer service. Now I know that I shouldn't expect that, so I'll be buying online from now on.
