I stopped doing business with them several years ago and requested Chase customer service and this branch to place me on their do not call list after receiving tons of marketing phone calls from their "personal bankers" at this branch. They remained silent for a while until today. Their marketers have started calling me again (from the number 916-638-8722). Hey, personal bankers, what is going on? Please show some respect to youself and others

I walked in to do a simple notary and employees were chatting. The guy at the front said that the notary is fully booked and running behind and couldn't help me. He suggested that I could go to UPS. It was empty in the bank. Not one other person in there. I totally lost respect for this bank and it's customer service. UPS was very helpful on the other hand. Took 5min to help me.

This chase branch has the worst customer service ever. All they care about is clocking in/out and getting their paycheck for showing up to work. You need anything from a banker, make an appointment. I see 4 bankers all doodling their thumbs in their cubbies no customers in their office. Tiu can see them chit chatting w each other.However, If u don’t have an appointment forget about getting anything done. Even if it’s an emergency !! What a scam!!I’m better off pulling all my funds out and go to a bank who cares and respects you and treats you like a customer.If branch manager or regional manager is reading this review, I encourage you to make your staff accountable. Assign them actionable items and review their performance. Feel free to PM me for details.

I went back to Chase Bank In rancho Cordova CA today. For the 5th time. Only to be told that no bankers work on Saturday. Not surprised. So on Monday I'm going to go to the Chase Bank In El dorado CA. I've dealt with them before and their very helpful and nice. I should have gone there in the first place. Just a bit further. I was talking to the gal at the grocery store, explaining my situation. She said she went to Chase Bank one time to open an account and they said, you have to make an appointment. It was her only day off. She said there was about 4 bankers there doing nothing. Chatting with each other and laughing. She said they don't answer the phone so how do you make an appointment. So she went to Wells Fargo. She suggested I do the same. It's pretty sad when your bank likes your money but doesn't want to help you

This branch is trash. Went in to get some documents printed for a home purchase. Felt like I was pulling teeth. This is the exact reason I got my mortgage elsewhere, Chase used to be a great bank but not anymore. "Customer service" is laughable.

Chase is by FAR the worst bank I’ve ever had. I started with one of their military checking and savings accounts in June last year when I got off active duty and I’ve had nothing but issues with them since. They’ve put hold on my checks (keep in mind these are checks from the state, definitely not fraudulent) for 2 extra weeks without providing any reason why or telling me why they decided to keep me from paying my rent for 2 more weeks and earn me a late fee. This was by phone customer service AND the branch. Both provided absolutely no customer service and basically told me good luck. Every time you call chases customer service number, you’ll be stuck on hold for hours solving basic issues and talk to people who have no idea what they’re doing and spin you in circles for even longer, as well as provide false information. It seems to get any real issue solved you have to ask for a supervisor which takes even longer. They’ve allowed parties to charge my credit card unauthorized then denied my disputes even with evidence being provided the charge should not have happened, because it’s of course still making them a dollar and their interest on the purchase. Customer service is rude, will interrupt you, try to put words in your mouth and twist what you’re saying to make their claim or story work for Chase. Needless to say I’ve moved my money to Navy Federal, a bank who actually appreciates my service and doesn’t provide even 75% of the issues Chase has. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone based off my experience.

Gone down hill what an experience.We went to the bank to add me to my hubbies account would have talen 5 mins.The lady that aproached us her name was Samona said no more appointments for today.We explained it would take 5 mins.Again she said you can make an appointment if youd like.What would the banks do if we took all our moneybout all of us then what?

These guys are great. Currently their computers are down which any reasonable person would realize is out of their control but they have these cool kiosks that do a lot. I was able to complete my transaction within 3 minutes.

Absolutely not professional stuff and management. Could not find a person who can even talk to me. Do not choose this bank and if you ended up having an account here do not choose this branch.
