Trevor looked at the mirror on my truck and noticed nothing was broken and he just recommended buying the glass part which he got from out back and even installed it for me! “I want to thank Ken from Big O Tires in Roseville. I had oil change and other service completed at Big O in a different state. The next day I noticed oil on garage floor. I called Big O and was told it was probably just excess oil. I drove through 4 states and noticed oil on driveway. I took my vehicle to Big O in Roseville and explained the issue. I did not have an appt but Ken made the time to fit me in. During my oil change the drain plug was not tightened all the way and gasket was not replaced, they reused the existing gasket. Ken and staff changed oil, gasket and made sure drain plug was not loose. No more oil leaks!!! And no additional fees. I will definitely make this location my Big O!! Thank you”
